18I had an 9: 00AM pick up scheduled at the Casa Grande, AZ location. It was 10: 45 AM before I received the car. Missed an appointment due to the wait. I will never use Enterprise again.
When I returned to Casa Grande, AZ my jeep had a dead battery.
The people there went out of their way to help me.
My son and I rented a car from Enterprise. After turning the car in no problems were noted. Then I was notified they had to detail the inside because of a smoke smell. The charge was $250 to detail the inside. First, there are many detailers who will do a full detail inside and out for $130. My son and I don't smoke! My son has severe asthma, we can't be around smoke period! I gave Enterprise proof from our doctors of my son's asthma and the fact we don't smoke. They could care less and want their $250 dollars. I told them if you think you have a case please take us to court. They won't because they know they will lose! Enterprise is completely heartless and has no compassion. They fail to realize that a review like this could cost them thousands of dollars in lost business. They also fail to realize there are several other rental companies to rent from. Rent from a company that cares and won't put fraudulent charges on your bill!
The first rental broke down because of no coolant. They refunded me in full and provided another vehicle. Was initially really upset, but the manager in LA and in Casa Grande were accommodating and very professional.
Slightly better but the location is still too small for servicing 5 cities/towns.otherwise you go to Tucson or go to chandler and the fleet is still so small, it's amazing they don't run out of rentals at the end of day.basically you get what they have otherwise go somewhere else.
I reserved a premium rental car for a funeral several days in advance. When I arrived at my scheduled time, I had to wait over an hour waiting until a car came in and then to top it off, the front passenger tire was at the wear bars and when I advised Pam she said that's legal. Actually no it's not. That is illegal and unsafe. Am I supposed to blow a tire on I10 in this heat. I don't think so. I'll just drive my car. I should have gone to the Valley. Never had any unsafe cars there for rent. Don't rent in Casa Grande.
I made a same day reservation because the Jerry Seiner Jeep dealer jacked me around when I took my Jeep in for warranty work. I walked the half block over to the Enterprise location. I was driving away in less than 10 minutes! Super friendly and helpful staff.
The start office sent a driver to get me to take to where the renter cars were.
A lady smiled and we started to rent. My car had just returned.
The Enterprise lady, Cinthia I recall, was all smile no matter what she did.
Upon my return, she was there again, just as delightful as before.
A pleasent dealing with Enterprise.
I have been using Enterprise Rent-A-Car for a few years now. Every time I’m in a bind or I want to escape just for a few days or a bigger vehicle for all the family. Cynthia has always been there to get me through it! She is awesome and truly cares about the needs of Local natives. Always going above and beyond!
I went in with a friend in casa grande arizona and the manager was not the most customer service friendly associate to interact with. I felt she gave my friend a unnecessary hard time w paperwork.
This location is completely inaccessible by phone. They never have the vehicle reserved in stock, no matter how much notice they are given. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes (usually 45 - 60) to get into a vehicle that was reserved online weeks in advance.
I saved soooo much time, energy, and stress by renting from the Scottsdale location. Yes. SCOTTSDALE.
Super nice. Very busy but got me a car quickly. Would definitely recommend and use this franchise if the need ever arises again.

The car was fine. The employees were cool and understaffed. They didn't seem to have very many cars for rent. It's good to reserve a vehicle a few days early.
These are great people! They care and take care of their customers! I won't rent a car anywhere else!
