These people don't really care about wasting your time they weren't helpful at all at this location.

Customer service and employees are above and beyond. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Jermaine (Kolb and 22nd) always very helpful quick. Kudos to Jermaine and the team.

Great customer service! Also, it is very easy to make a reservation and to check in and check out. I especially like the picking you up and dropping you off service! I don't have to worry how I am going to go and pick up the rental vehicle or how I am getting home once I return it. Very competitive rental prices too!

Joseph and Jermaine provided excellent customer service during my rental car process. They explained everything in detail to ensure I knew all the cost involved and gave me a credit for the extra gas I still had left in the vehicle upon return. I will definitely rent from them in the future!

Still have a rental due to being hit. The insurance company is paying for a large suv and still have not switched me out since I called them and said vehicle was not big enough! He knew it wasn't a 7 seater and still sent me out in it. What ever happened to customer service.

Was in a rental car. Gave 2 weeks notice to get into a large suv. They didn't reserve me a vehicle. Had a pompous attitude. Didn't help the sistuation and offer to find me an suv. I was advised to call all the other locations. Not my job, it's your. Won't ever rent from Them again.

They coordinated with my insurance and the collision center: American Family & Ford collision center.

Great rental car experience. I received a call the day before to confirm my rental. When we arrived to pick it up everything was ready and we were in and out within 15 minutes. We returned the car a day early, we received a reduction in the bill and were taken care as soon as we walked in the door. Will rent from them again, the most efficient car rental I have ever experienced.

Anicia has excellent customer service skills. I was treated warmly and they expedited my rental process after my accident. By far the best location in Tucson.

No vehicles were available for the first 2 days of my reservation and the compact car i was given didn't work for my needs as it was too small other than that everything else was okay

Jason was not friendly or warm to me. Yet, while i was there i heard him on the phone with a man. Yes sir. I’m so sorry we’re short on vehicles. He didn’t give me an more than matter of fact responses. He shrugged his shoulders at me when i pointed out how kind he was to the man. Apparently, men are valued much more than women. Disappointing experience.
