Everyone was so great at the Goodyear location (off of Van Buren)! I wish I remembered names, but they were all so patient and respectful even under pressure while getting slammed with tons of last-minute customers, like myself lol. I love that they provide rides if your destination is close within their radius and if they have enough drivers. My driver was Tony and he provided excellent customer service! He was so kind and vibrant. He reminded me of my uncles and grandfather- who I miss dearly!
They all deserve a raise

0 STARS HERE. RUN AROUND, RUN AROUND. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICES. HAD RESERVATION IN WITH MY CONFIRMATION THEIR SYSTEM COULD NOT FIND IT! MADE ANOTHER RESERVATION FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY WITH CONFIRMATION FOR PICK UP SHOW UP AND WHAT DO U KNOW NO TRUCK ON LOT. SPOKE WITH THE BRANCH MANAGER (ALEXIS LOZOTT) AND (SHE WAS VERY SHORT AND RUDE) (ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL) FOR THEIR INCONVENIENCE TO MY RENTAL. (NOT TO MENTION THEY PLAY THEIR RAP MUSIC EXTREMELY LOUD AND UNPROFESSIONAL, SOUNDS LIKE A CLUB WHEN YOU WALK IN) RECOMMENDED USING ANOTHER RENTAL COMPANY!

This is my 3rd time renting here but had a grievance when drop off the car had to write this review of what happened to me. Rented one way, pick up from Las Vegas airport drop off in Van Buren Arizona. The agent Mr T (initial) found a preexisting mark that hadn’t been mark on His end. I explained to Him that the agent said He marked it already so I took His word for it. He insisted that had to be verify from Vegas within 24 hours and let me know and had me sign the pending agreement in order to let us leave so I had no choice but to sign it. Never heard from Him tried email and called. Finally call again and again talk to a manager and said it was find, don’t worry about it there is no damage to file of it. Today got an email saying I am responsible for the mark have to contact them how to pay and how much. I called asking for both the supervisor or Mr T, not there, took down my number that manager would call me back, no return phone call. Thank God that I am in Vegas and went to the original place where I took the car from sure enough it was a preexisting mark before we
took the car from the lot, the manager made a notation on the computer not to pursue the issue any further. What horror experience for me here. But thank God for Las Vegas airport manager were able to settle this issue for me today. I hope it does not happened to other people of what happened to me. It was such a stressful experience for me that I ever had to deal with since using a rental car.

This was my third time running from Enterprise I had a few problems with the first car that they gave me they switched it out no problem gave me another car my trip went well everything was great the people were real nice definitely will rent again thank you Enterprise in Goodyear and Fort Mohave Arizona

DO NOT USE! What a horrible experience. Made a reservation over the phone, got an Uber to take me over, guy checks me in and then tells me they don't have any cars until Tuesday (it's Friday). When I ask how can they reserve a car without having any cars he just said "I tried to reach you". No clue how he tried to reach me but certainly wasn't by phone or email. He then just rights down some 855 number to call. I call the 855 number and these worthless lumps say sorry, we will file a complaint, sorry, then hang up and actually asked for me to fill out a survey. Have to call them back cause I'm just stranded in the ghetto with no car in over 100 degree weather in AZ. Get the run around with the worthless lumps again, no car, no resolve, no offer to cover Ubers, no offer to get a car at another location just more "thoughts and prayers" and surveys. Still stuck with no car, have to get another Uber and am waiting for them to call me back. Didn't offer to get a car at another location, didn't offer to let me speak with a manager there, just saying sorry like that makes all better.

I would say the driver who took me back to my residence older gentleman was the most pleasant experience at this location. Other than that I will possibly NOT rent from enterprise as company again. ONE they charge way too much for rentals and then they don’t keep the price one person says and always changing things. Their customer service is HORRIBLE especially this younger gentlemen’s and then they lied to customer over a NAME, a NAME.like wowizer. Very disappointed, I which I can give zero stars!

Never experienced any problems during any rental agreements. If they're unable to find the vehicle I requested, the staff will upgrade my rental for no additional charge.

Organize a customer Wait line like an airport check-in. Your associates are sometimes too busy not paying attention to who is next in line. Rental returns could station someone outside for check-in or a greeter upon return.

Opted for a luxury vehicle and was provided a 2021 BMW X3. Thought this would be a great ride since I had to travel 700 miles round trip. The front struts felt very worn out and made the suspension hit hard and feel very washed out when taking corners/changing lanes. Would provide five stars if it weren't for this issue.

Still waiting for the copy of my receipt. Got to experience watching them hang up the phones, repeatedly on customers while standing in line to be serviced. Also, while waiting in line, their song came on. They stopped working, and turn the radio up, and start dancing around why people continue to wait. Very unprofessional. I would avoid the Goodyear’s on the location if possible. On the bright side if you want to easy job where you can do just about anything you would like, go work at Goodyear enterprise.

Made a reservation for a standard car, said on the website that 503$ was to be paid once we pick up the car.my boyfriend goes to get it and they told him it was gonna be over $700 and when he asks why when the email receipt’ says $500 they said because he was a young driver and then when he showed that he was already being charged for that they switched up and said it was $200 deposit.okay that’s fine, but we we’re not prepared for that so he had to make calls for some extra money, they said they don’t include the “deposit “ part on the website but didn’t give a valid reason to WHY.they gave him an economy car instead of standard, they lowered the price by like $30 so i wasn’t too upset (let me say too that i could not go with my boyfriend to get the car because i was taking care of our son before our vacation trip to california and i made the reservation and everything for my boyfriend all he knew to do was pay and pick it up) we go on our 19 hour road trip with my 4mo baby and right when we cross the border the check engine light is on and the car needs an oil change aswell.we continue the rest of the way to my family’s house because it was too hot to stop anywhere with baby and we only had enough money for gas (paycheck wasn’t due till next day) and we get to my mothers and my boyfriend calls the enterprise he got the car from and they tell him they’ll send a tow truck that should arrive around 3 and then they’ll give us a new car. 4: 20 comes around and still nothing so i told him to go to the enterprise that was only 2 miles away and see what’s up because we had plans and enterprise closes at 5.he gets there and they were being super slow and told him even tho the car is literally 2 miles away that he can’t get the new rental until the tow truck brings the old one to them.so here we are stuck all day without a car, plans ruined and frustrated.the next day we weren’t able to get a new car until 10: 20 ish and it was fine.they told us they couldn’t refund us for the day that once we return the car to the arizona location that we’d get compensation for the inconvenience.that was true we were compensated and i appreciated it a lot.everything else was fine it was just unprofessional in my opinion for them to not have checked the car was fine to begin with considering we were driving a 19 hours drive with my infant son.and it was really frustrating how the vacation trip was completely messed up because of one day not being able to have a car, that part really domino affected the rest of the trip even more upsetting when we were saving up vacation time from work for months and for our expectations to be no where near what we thought. Oh one last thing, it took us so long to get the replacement car because they kept hanging up or putting my boyfriend on hold so i called from my phone and the answered immediately BUT that was not this location that was the vacaville location that was doing that.

I had a bad experience with enterprise Rent-A-Car the car actually was a good vehicle but when I returned the vehicle, I left some items in the vehicle and they were taken out and enterprise personnel acted like they couldn’t do nothing for me!

Check-in for my reservation was easy. Received my rental immediately after check-in and was given an upgrade! Everyone was friendly, courteous and very professional. Very efficient. I had to extend my rental for 1 day and had no problem. Again, very courteous and professional. Return was very easy. Pulled up and a representative meet me. Took about 5 min at most. Just a GREAT rental store! Very satisfied and I will return for future rentals. The car was great as well.

I've used them in the pass
good clean cars.no issues.some scratches and dents.just take pics b4 you drive away.they can accommodate you during if you need an extension or so.

When you reserve a car in the website, there’s no warning that if you ordered less than 48 hrs ago, there could be a chance they don’t even have that car available, and the reservation means absolutely nothing. Then you find this information out after you’ve been staring in the heat for 40 mins. At least our a warning up, don’t let people reserve cars that aren’t available. Blew a giant hole in our hole in our plans.
