Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Tempe AZ

Michael and An were extremely helpful and very professional. They were fast and the rental process was quick and easy to get in and out. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the vehicle and the sanitization list for the car as well as covid precautions inside the building that allow for social distancing. Megan was very friendly too and the entire staff gets five stars. Shout out to Enterprise and being here for us when we need you most, thank up for helping make daily life easy and seamless no matter what the situation is. Until next time, highly recommend and will be back to this location for another rental in the future.

We had to head home early and they were gracious and adjusted our rental agreement.

The only thing I would like to add is, the agent that helped me quoted me a price of 300 plus for the 4 days I rented. I reviewed the invoice on return home and noticed the bill was over $400?

Shout out to this Enterprise team! Although I RARELY give reviews, this team deserves praise for the inconvenience I caused. I was given a rental to drive while my car was in the shop. Once off the lot, I found I was not comfortable driving such a small & speedy vehicle. I returned and asked if they had a different car and they hooked me up. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the excellent service and helping me feel safer on the road!

In the 10+ years of using Enterprise and specifically this location we have experienced outstanding service and a good selection of vehicles. Because of the great service and quality we became Enterprise Plus members and only rent from Enterprise when we need a vehicle.

On this occasion we arrived for our noon scheduled pick up time only to wait around for almost 45 minutes to get a car.

My wife (the primary driver) was also not impressed that the only car available was a Dodge Charger and expressed her concern with being put in a muscle car.

In the end we survived, but I definitely felt the level of service was not what we normally get from Enterprise.

I have been very pleased with this branch. I worked with Megan when I picked up my care and after a minor issue with the rental. She was very friendly and professional. As a manager myself, I understand how valuble employees like Megan are to an orginzaiton. I am so thankful I was able to work with her!

DON'T EVER COME HERE. DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER NAMED WHITHNEY HUNG UP ON ME WHILE IM TRYING TO ASK QUESTIONS. ABOUT MY RESERVATION. MY MONEY IM SPENDING HERE WHEN I COULD GO ANY MF$@ING WHERE! THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING THERE OWN POLICIES OR GUIDELINES. JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I JUST RENTED A CAR IN AVONDALE WHERE I LIVE NOW IM IN TEMPE WITH NONE OF THE PROOF THAT I HAVE FEOM HOME IN AVONDALE. POLICIES ARE. YOU DONT HAVE TO SHOW PROOF OF THIS AND THAT (LEASE, BILL, PAYSTUB, ETC) FOR 30 DAYS BUT YET I CANT RENT A CAR THAT I NEED TO GET BACK AND FORTH TO GET TO MY KIDS AND WORK. AND I HAVE PLENTY MONEY THOUGH AND JUST RENTED A CAR A WEEK AGO. SO IVE HAD ENOUGH OF UNPLEASANT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS PEOPLE NEED TO TAKE A CLASS!

I had a WOW moment from Ty. I was greeted the first time with such care and professionalism. The greatest experience EVER. Ty you are a great manager and it shows in the employees I interacted with in the office.

Wow! The customer service I received at Enterprise was top notch. Extremely personable, and not the fake kind where you feel like they are being nice because they have to. Justin and Ty were extremely helpful and friendly. I had always used Hertz, but never again. It will be Enterprise from now on.

I had to get a rental while my car is being repaired and I'm so glad that my dealership uses this location! The staff has been amazing and both vehicles I have rented have been great.

Be aware and double check that you get the size vehicle you reserved - especially if you booked from the web site!
As of this date (Nov 2018) the size 'classes' as defined by Enterprise (corporately) do not match the example vehicles advertised on their web booking page (this is from personal observation as well as staff comment).
Once I was given the correct size vehicle, all went well. The vehicle was current model, low mileage, techy-gadget filled & fun to drive.

This Enterprise location gave me the BEST customer service EVER! I have rented with them 2 times and am very satisfied. Everyone is friendly and efficient. Special thank you to the manager Ty Ackelson, for going above and beyond. And driver Al for the ride.

Awesome customer service from Paige. I had an issue with one of the tires. She made sure I was still a very satisfied client. No question I will rent from her again. It's nice to see someone who still understands how to take a negative situation and turn it positive thanks again Paige!

I have had nothing but a good experience here. With my car in the shop and insurance doing their thing, I got a great deal on a Dodge Challenger. The employees are kind and personable, the managers are great, too. I have gotten more than I ever would have expected from Enterprise, and that's a good thing!

Megan and Page are rockstars! I've been renting for months from this location and they are always welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable!

This store has never disappointed. Fast, efficient, friendly and I always get the vehicle I want. I use this location every time I'm in town.
