Enticare Gilbert and Chandler have the rudest, and most unpleasant staff I have encountered. Don't expect to be seen on time. Our appt. Took over two hours. Both medical assistance, who never identify themselves or verify you identify, and "doctors" are not children friendly. It is awful how they treat children and parents. Please call another ENT. We will never be back.

Had an issue with the Doctor leaving a foreign object in my ear AFTER the appointment and called to try and speak with the Office Manager about the issue for over two weeks. Left many, many messages with NO return call. I will be reporting this neglectful experience accordingly.

The provider is great, but you cannot get ahold of anyone. No one answers the phone and they want you to wait 48 hours for them to call you back for anything. Disappointed.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but unfortunately the leading doctor at chandler chose to accuse me of not being “cordial” to his staff when all I said was please make sure the doctor calls me.as I was out of state waiting for results. I was nothing but cordial to you Dr. Mostafavi and your staff and it’s extremely degrading that you accused me of not being.
Therefore I have chosen to go elsewhere for my treatment no one talks to me like that and FYI I’m not a petty Betty your dealing with a law student. Perhaps it should have occurred to you that whoever answers the phone needs to be more cordial when dealing with patients who have medical conditions or are sick. Very rude and unwelcoming experience. As other posters have noted, it is your staff that is rude. You lost a patient. Khodahafiz.

I'm not one to write reviews.especially for a doctor. Truth be told, I try to avoid them and all prescription medications. But something this good has to be written. Dr. Tracy Knott, ENT of Enticare in Gilbert on Mercy Road has given me hope. She was able to do what no doctor has done in all my years of living.helped me prevent another mouth full of canker sores. Years of suffering with canker sores has prevented me from working, sleeping, eating, living a normal life. She was the only doctor who knew what to prescribe and it worked! If you suffer with this horrible virus, please see her and get relief. Can't thank you enough Dr. Tracy Knott.

They are very good at what they do. I'm still working on getting my hearing aides. Soon I hope! To B able to hear the TV better.

I have been so pleased with Dr Rodriguez. He has shown so much care for me. They saw me immediately for a hole in my ear drum and have watched it carefully. I’m having problems again and I have no doubt I’ll be able to get in tomorrow or the next day. I love dr Rodriguez.

If you like waiting and waiting well this is the place for you. But if you cancel with out 24hr notice 35.00 charge. The audiologist is not thorough and just wants to sell overly priced hearing aids. Rude I would say. Go some where they actually care about people!

Had my Friday afternoon appointment I waited a month for cancelled the day before so the Dr.could get out of town earlier. They rescheduled me for a month later.

I called many times for appointment but nobody answered. Then I went to get appointment from Dr. Mostavavi but he did not come.they did not informed that he will not be there.

Went here a few months ago about my hearing. I can barely hear out of my left ear. All they did was look physically and say nothing's wrong. Still can't hear, getting worse. Obviously the IS something wrong. Don't go here, they just want your money and send you on your way.

Had an appointment with Dr. Knott at Enticare in Gilbert. The staff was very unfriendly, as was the doctor's assistant. The doctor herself had no bedside manner and was more quick to send off for tests than talk with the patient about the issues. When asked if she could explain the tests she said "someone will call you and explain then" and walked out of the room. Such a poor way to treat patients. Found another ENT.

Just now called them to cancel an appointment, before I even said why I called I was repelled by the abrupt, unfriendly attitude of the woman who answered the phone. She impatiently demanded some info.very snippy attitude. I don't mind telling them what they need to know, but I shouldn't have to put up with rudeness. It's your job, if you can't do your job without passing on your rotten mood/personality to other people then consider a different line of work.

New patient and I fell in love! The receptionist was super sweet and best of all, Teri was no wait! The MA walked me to my room and the PA was there waiting for me.

The staff is absolutely horrible. Watch you bills. They over bill your insurance for unnecessary items and over charge for allergy serum's. Read the signs where you check in ' No abusuve language" obviously several people must have confronted the staff in order for them to post a sign in their office.

If I could give a negative star I would. This place is horrendous, DO NOT go here. I've had an object lodged in my ear for over a month now because the female doctor, I think Christina, completely missed it! How do you miss a foreign object in someone's ear canal? @#% And this is your field of medicine. I was told it was fine, just a punctured ear drum and sent on my merry way lol.only after a second opinion did I find that wasn't the case.
The medical assitant taking my info was so rude and clearly wasn't into her job. Front desk was so scatter brained and frazzled I could barely understand her. All in all just a really bad experience at Enticare ENT Chandler, almost comical. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. My Dr sent over a referral (on a Friday) and I called on that Same Friday around noon to schedule an appointment and they did not answer. Their voicemail says that if you call before 4pm they will return your call the same business day. So, I left a message with all my information. I didn’t get a call back until the following Friday, 7 days later. I asked why it took so long for a call seeing as my dr sent over the referral a week ago and I called and left a message a week ago. The scheduler immediately coped an attitude with me. And said “well did you not want to make an appointment now? ” To which my response was that I clearly still needed to see a specialist. So I scheduled an appointment, not knowing where else to go. When I arrived at my appointment the wait time wasn’t very long. The Nurse that got my vitals was nice. When Dr. Homan Mostafavi came into the room he introduced him self and asked me a few questions. And then did a quick exam. During the exam he never spoke to me but talked to the nurse who was entering the information into a laptop. I know at the time my left tonsil was swollen a lot. But the Dr still did not say and/or mention anything about the exam he just did on me. He then asked some more questions. Then Proceeds to tell me that what is causing me to have chronic sinusitis 7-30days (every month) out of the month is a migraine 1-2 days of the month (inconsistent, sometimes not even 1 day a month) and that he will order a CT scan, but will probably have to refer me to a neurologist. The nurse then walked me to the scheduler and said that I just needed to go get a CT scan but to push back the follow up 4-6 weeks (seems like a very long time especially when suffering every single day) While standing at the scheduler I had to wait 20 minutes to schedule the next appointment because the scheduler was in the middle of being trained and no one else could help me and they could not be interrupted. To which said that Dr. Mostafavi will not be with Entricare after that so I’ll have to see another Dr after that. I completed the CT scan the same week. And called the office to push up my appointment, and inform them that I just completed the CT scan that morning. The woman that answered asked if it was for the chandler office. I confirmed. She then said that I could not move up my appointment and when I questioned why she then said I could move it up 2 weeks to another dr. Then said “you’re having surgery right? ” And I let her know that I was not having surgery and just reviewing a CT scan. To which she then said I could move my appointment to the same day. I explained to her that I just got the CT scan done and then had to explain that it takes a few days for Simon Med to send the office the results. And asked if we could do next week. She set me up an appointment for the following week and confirmed the chandler locations one last time. When I went into the chandler location for my appointment the woman at the follow up scheduler desk said that they do not start appointments at their location on Wednesday and Thursday until 9 am. And my appointment was for the Gilbert location. (my appointment was scheduled for 8AM) *looked at the sign In clipboard and someone had signed in at 7: 45 for an 8AM appointment time* The woman never got up and never looked at me. Just proceeded to look at her computer and I told her that when I scheduled it they confirmed multiple times for the chandler location. And she said that they don’t do appointments that early. I told her that I would have to reschedule then for next Tuesday. And she said okay. I then asked her when I call the office does it not ring to this direct office? Or does it go to a call center? To which she responded that it rings to all of their offices. I immediately called my primary care dr to get a referral to a different dr and will be canceling my appointment with this horrible place.
