Enticare ENT Gilbert

Receptionist was friendly and helpful in filling out required paperwork. A little difficult to find, as they're sharing an office with another practice. Suite 205 on second floor of the Painstop Clinics.

My son been going there for 6 years and they didnt tell me they moved I was an hour late trying to find the place & they don't answer the phone and when I got there the girl was rude and sat on the computer. I asked how much longer & she says I'm with a patient & lili wont see you so I just left.they called my sons PC and said I was the rude & cussing that's not true & he was no longer a patient there!

Great ENT specialist. My daughter has been treated since last year for her nose bleeds and allergies and she's doing way better. Great specialists

The doctors at this practice ruined my nose. I had a very small nasal perforation that I was very concerned about. They insisted that it should be just left alone. I took their advise and now it's gotten so bad that no one in the valley will fix it. I found doctors that do the procedure that stated if I had gotten help sooner, it could've been repaired. I am absolutely destroyed by this news. Never see Dr. Li or Dr. Knott, they both neglected to refer me to surgery before it was too late. I have zero options now and I am devastated. Avoid at ALL costs.

I haven't even had my first appointment yet and I already dislike this place. My first appt is coming up soon. I've called the office a total of 3 times to ask specific questions I had and every time i was talked to extremely rude and was cut off not able to finish my questions. I already feel uncomfortable going.) :

Providers are excellent. I've been a patient for 3 years and have always found everyone to be very kind and considerate. They are a busy office but they always seem to run pretty much on time. I'd much rather go to a busy office with a lot of patients whom all trust the providers than an empty office!

I needed an appointment but I had ver short notice of when I would be able to get in because of my work schedule. Rosa went out of her way to get me an appointment same day. She was very kind and willing to help!

Very caring. Bedside manners were great. Spoke to me in a caring and respectful way. I will know soon what is going on. If you are having allergies problems this is the place to go.

It was my first time there and they seemed very busy but I was treated politely and the nurse Li Li listened to my symptoms and treated me like a person and not a number. I appreciate the personal touch from everyone there. Very nice from check in throughout setting up my next appt.

I called in to make a follow up appointment for my husband after a rollover accident. Rosa and Aisa worked very hard to get him in the same day on a full Monday schedule. He was seen and treated Very quickly and everyone was wonderful! Great staff and wonderful care!

Only go to this practice if you like getting screamed at and told to shut up by the Office Manager when you call to resolve an issue with their incompetent billing department. If you get referred to this place just say no and run the other way. The doctors may be good but the rest of the staff makes it not worth coming to this practice.

Lee Lee is a fantastic, compassionate, and knowledgeable Nurse Practitioner! She helped our family so much! All of the office staff and medical assistants are kind, efficient and understanding.

Dr. Lili is good with her patient's. Also thanks to Mia in the sleep department now I can sleep at.night. It is much better than Preferred Homecare in Tempe.

I have been having issues with my left ear for two weeks now. Nothing the Drs or urgent care were telling me to do was helping. My Dr referred me to Enticare but said I may not be able to get an appointment for two weeks. When I called Enticare I spoke with Rosa, she was very helpful and understanding I called on Thursday, she took down my information and called me back within 15 minutes. She was able to get me an appointment for the next day. I am so thankful for Rosa's assistance and her willingness to help me get an appointment, so I would not have to wait for two weeks and continue suffering from my pain. Thank you Rosa and Enticare.

New patient. Was asked to come in 30 mins early to do paperwork. Thats fine and we did. Now going on 45 mins PAST appointment time and have not been seen. Apparently appointments are pointless.

New patient, called for appt and they said they had a cancellation later in day, so I went early. No record of any appointment but they did have all my info. Told them to delete me from their system. I am a professional and expect better from other so called professionals. Don't know how good their doctors are as I never saw them. If you make an appt be wary.

This is a difficult place to rate.

Zero stars for front desk staff:/

My husband and I both love the doctors and assistants, they are great! However this place would be MUCH better off if they had nicer front desk staff. I've seen several girls at the desk in my time coming here and they are all so cold and rude, even just when you call in, such bad attitudes all of the time.definitely not a good choice for customer service!
I am always someone to give honest reviews and praise good customer service, but these front desk ladies seem like they hate life and talking to all people (maybe extreme sounding but sadly very true).
The front desk staff can make or break someone's opinion of a place and these ladies are definitely ruining the reputation of this place, many reviewers say the same thing.
Do they read their reviews or do they just not care? !
It's a shame though, the doctors and their assistants are very nice and helpful!

Friendly staff, clean comfortable waiting room. And the doctors take the time with each patient to explain what is going on or needs to be done. Great place for all your allergy and ENT needs.

Was able to get in the same morning I made an appt. All of the staff were so helpful and nice. Very thorough examination.

I had ear problems when I swam for years. After getting an extraction, I can swim without earplugs now.
