I had 6 weeks of PT with Will Drexler and have improved so much in that short time. He listened well to what was working, what was hurting, and always worked to find solutions to the pain I described. I'm grateful for the quality of care I received and I'm excited to continue the momentum at home. Would definitely return if needed and highly recommend!

Nicole Rupe was the Physical therapist who treated me at EntireCare Rehab. I felt sincerely cared for and the progress achived was measurable. I am impressed with the amount of knowledge Nicole has and how well rounded the treatment was. She empowered me with an after care plan for treatment at home.

My PT (Amber) was fantastic. I was so excited to be at my sessions with her. Even when we had a hiccup, she adjusted my PT to continue toward positive outcomes.

Only speaking about the Speech Therapy and Kim and Natilie and the service they delivered to me. GREAT!

Newest review: On Friday around 1pm I left a very detailed message about having a new PT referral and to please call me back if there has been any issues reaching the insurance carrier (2 weeks have passed since the referral). I left another message today (Monday) around 2pm. An individual (Carissa? I don't know because of the mumble) called back with a huge attitude. I answered my phone and all she said was this is Entire Care. I replied, "Ok.and? " but she just sat there on the other line. "You called today, " she said in a flat and disrespectful voice. Again, what an odd way to talk to someone. 'I said in my message today that I called Friday with a detailed message, did you listen to it? ' I asked. "I'm sure someone did, " was her reply. If that's the case then why no information for me? Very flat affect disorder voice, rude, and disinterested in getting the job done. I mean, if I left you a message regarding leaving a previous detailed message, why not listen to that 1st? Why does it seem this person is so put off by doing her job politely and professionally? I asked her to call me back when she has listened to the message, I heard no response after 3 seconds of silence, then I hung up. I received a call back from Lori and, though she has known me for years, she immediately started in about, "You hung up on one of our people, " without letting me say what happened. No I didn't just slam the phone down, the staff did not reply to my last sentence so I figured she was just being unprofessional or the line had cut out. Such a shame that the front desk has become so awful (except for one nice gentleman). I have had an order for a REFILL of PT for weeks now, and all I wanted were simple answers but all I got were excuses and hostile blame. I will not be coming back here after 8 years of on/off treatment!

Also, I never told anybody but my PT (Ryan Guy, best PT ever), but that individual that just called me back, Lori, was on her lunch break once getting food from Mama burger when she blocked the exiting traffic on Kendrik St (this was 1-2 years ago). I beeped my horn and she gave me the middle finger yelling "F*ck you, " as she drove off. Since I was already heading to PT at Entire Care I managed to see her exit her vehicle just as I was looking for parking. I told Ryan, but I opted to let it go that day and not pursue a formal complaint. Big mistake! The therapists are great here, but this office staff needs a professional revamp.

My previous review: I have come to Entire Care Rehab for several different injuries over the last 6 years. I have worked with three therapists- William, Melissa, and Ryan. Each has taken a methodical approach that has helped me regain strength and mobility after injury. The therapists spend way more time with patients here than any rehab I've been to. Some of the equipment, like the Alter G, cannot be found at other rehabs in town. The level of care I've received is quite fantastic and I highly recommend coming here after surgery or any injury.

Amber has completely changed my life with her p.t. After surgery on my knee, I was unable to straighten and walk normally. I had lost hope that I would ever be able to return to my normal activities. In 7 visits, I now have full range of motion and can walk w out anyone knowing I had issues. I am so grateful for you Amber! You are amazing inside and out! Thank you, thank you

The service at EntireCare Rehab has been absolutely phenomenal!

Emily, Andrea and Amber have been my team in my rehab process with my knee. They each have a different approach, and having that team effort collectively has made remarkable improvements in my healing process.

The swimming pool therapy (yes! They have an amazing swimming pool which has warm water!), and the anti-gravity treadmill have been so helpful to me.

I truly cannot speak more highly of everyone at EntireCare Rehab. So friendly, and true professionals who know thoroughly their craft. I recommend EntireCare Rehab, with the highest accolades.

This is far and away the best physical therapy practice that Ai have ever encountered. And I have done physical therapy in Tempe, Tucson, Chicago and Ottawa, Canada. Carter in the therapy machines area was great. Realizing that I have problems with severe pain in my ankles, he recommended pool therapy. It is not that common for Physical Therapy establishments to include pool therapy, but for people with mobility issues and widespread arthritis or fibromyalgia, a warm pool is the best place to exercise. Amber is the pool therapist and she is first class, personable, professional and fun. I am immensely grateful for the care (and the challenges) I have been receiving from Amber in the pool, which is heated to 92 degrees. Community pools are heated to the low eighties. Most people don’t realize that there is a warm pool at Entire Care! I would give six stars if I could. Thank you, Amber, Carter, and all the staff who have treated me royally, even though I am a poor nobody.

Rachel Torbitzky is the best pt I have ever gone to and Carter Stark was also extraordinary, both wonderful people as well.

EntireCare Rehab is an amazing place. Great and friendly staff that do an amazing job. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is needing PT.

I’ve been to this certain rehabilitation clinic a few times and I am always amazed by how amazing the therapist, the service, the support, the care, the healing mentally and especially physically everyone is, I love how the skilled therapist work with the patients, I would recommend this place above all other rehabilitation facilities.

Craig Fox and Andrea Newsom are a great team. I started PT before my knee surgery, and after my surgery my doctor was going to send a referral to a place closer to where I live. Absolutely NO.
I wanted to go back to Craig and Andrea.

Due to pandemic times, I needed to go solo during my toughest recovery period. I'm very proud to say, that was one of the most humbling, yet productive periods of my life. Pheeewww.

But then, I moved to Flagstaff and met your Team. I literally relearned the importance of partnering with a professional Physical Therapist and the latest/available technology. And then, there is your Center's own personal touch.

Kudos to all of you for your care and professionalism throughout the year 2022, especially to PT Carter Stark for making the whole process FUN. I must mention that watching Carter and other Therapists interacting at work is such a delight and a big part of my decision to sign-in again for this year 2023.

From the front desk to the training room, you folks genuinely know how to take people "by the hand" and make visiting Entire Care Flagstaff a truly pleasant experience. My appreciation also goes to Carissa, Julie, Alex and the rest of the Staff.

Speech therapy. After over 4 months of little to no voice Kim gave me the tools I needed to get my voice back. Thank you so much!

This review is a bit overdue, but Physical Therapist Nicole Rupe deserves it! I self-referred to Entire Care right before the holidays because of hip pain that came out of nowhere and got worse over 3 or 4 days. The day I went in I could put hardly any weight on the affected leg. Nicole did a full evaluation and then worked on my hip/leg with stretches and massage, and gave me exercises to strengthen and keep it flexible. She was so kind and thorough in making sure my hip felt better (and it still does!).
