For a large dealer on a great riding destination, they could not put a tire on a Harley and had no tires, pretty sad service and parts department for those in need on the road. Will never recommend this place
Getting my RZR fixed here was a pleasure. Everyone is so nice and pleasant to deal with. Tyler was so helpful getting my battery warranty since I had bought it in April at a different store out of town and didn't have my invoice with me. Awesome service!
From initial looking at buying the 2024 Xpedition XP5 to completed purchase everyone there was very professional and helpful! Sales, parts and service departments are all awesome, ill be doing all my business here at Epic in Show Low!
First time I had to take my vehicle to turn epic motorsports after they took over for Showlow motorsports was very happy and pleased with the customer service and vehicle service. Everything was done on time, and they even found some stuff that was repaired under warranty when they were going through my can am
Bait and switch shows prices and in stock inventory when you waste your time and gas to go in they don’t have the vehicle you want and the price is more expensive in store also I was in the show room and had to walk up to 2 employees to finally get help
Great experience! John W.and Rodney were wonderful. They took all the time need to sell me the machine. Showing how everything worked. They also took all the time I needed when I picked it up, to make sure I knew everything I needed. It was detailed, full of gas and ready to roll. Seriously a couple of great guys working for a great company. Thank you Both!

Forty minutes after my drop off, I had to ask an associate for my wheel and new tire to be secured in the shop as they should not be stored in the service lobby for the intended four day service.
After my…”experience”, let’s call it that, I would behoove Epic Motorsports to incorporate an initial inspection of the customers' property arriving in for repairs with the customer before they leave (all of my KTM/BMW specific service offices do this).
Having a pre-inspection would protect Epics' liability with customers’ property and not challenge the customers integrity repeatedly about damages that occur before or after drop off.
A reminder that walking through any service door a customer should not assume that a company that sells a few motorcycles and side by sides would have a mechanic certified to work on their specific equipment referring to stock, custom, and or current models. Mechanic Certifications are in the service lobby for a reason, be sure to check if your model is there, and don't assume that every mechanic knows everything about all models of recreational vehicles.
Also, when using WD-40 and or other solvent to remove peel and stick lead weights, be sure to use a carb cleaner or degreaser before adding another round of weights as the new weights will not stick.
Thumbs up on my tire holding air, however, the re-balancing will have to be done at a KTM dealership again at my expense.
If your wondering why the 5 star rating for such inconveniences? That’s because I stated if they just did their job as the owner promised me I wouldn’t say anything. However, that was before the owner again told me in an uppity voice that they did not damage my tubeless system (the very system Epic Motorsports replaced at their cost) as I was leaving.
Funny thing, the customer service team wrote me below my review to call them. This was just a call back to the same manager I dealt with before and again stated that the work he did was done correctly. If this were the case, I wouldn’t have had the problems I experienced or the photos to prove my point.
The whole crew at Epic Motorsports Show Low were awesome to work with on buying our new RZR! They really know their stuff and have a great team. I highly recommend you check them out. I will definitely be going back!
I've been here several times and ended up buying a new quad. The first time everyone was very helpful and friendly. The second time, when I was ready to buy, there wasn't a salesperson to be found. Once one was found, everyone was friendly and efficient. 3rd time, no one wanted to open the doors at the posted opening time. After rattling the doors a couple of times, someone came and opened up.
Service takes awhile to get a vehicle looked at and a bunch of nuts were loose on my new quad.
Went in to buy a storage box for my Outlander and look at the inventory. Parts counter was super helpful, and I received absolutely no pressure from the sales staff. Seems like a good place to shop.
I brought my mother's Day present in, 92 Harley Sportster 1200, it was the last Harley they're going to be working on. The guys were awesome,
Chip Krucko, Amber Jackson and the whole crew are absolutely Awesome! Chip was so patient with us. He is very knowledgeable and just a Super salesperson. We Love our CF Moto 1000 side by side.

Parts department wasn't well stocked, considering there isn't another dealership even close by.
I came in from out of state to get this vehicle. They returned my calls, walked me thru financing, & held the vehicle until I could arrange to pick it up. I'm most impressed with their walking me through it's operation as well as general maintenance locations. Overall, I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for something for fun & games, or a workhorse vehicle. My CanAm Commander XT is a perfect hybrid of both.
Sold me a new can am maverick sport max, engine has a vibration from day 1, service manager asked can am for new engine, can am will not repair, and epic motorsports does not seem to care, stuck with a $30000 machine that is no good
