Epiphany Dermatology reviews
19Staff was very kind and PA explained situation in a way we understood. We had a pleasant experience.
The staff is always very professional and helpful. They have been able to answer my questions
I have been to three dermatology offices in Phoenix and Sierra Vista. Epiphany dermatology is by far the most caring, professional, and easy to work with from a patient perspective. They offered me options on resolving my skin cancer. I would highly recommend them as the dermatology office in Sierra Vista.
I was pleased that the wait time was brief. There was a minor delay during check out but nothing to complain about.
PA Nash was great. She was thorough and professional in giving me my annual check. Have next year's appointment scheduled with her, too.
Vanessa Wu is very pleasant, has a good 'bedside manner'. She prescribed 2 meds one for me and one for my husband.they called it in to our walmart, that was yesterday, it's still not there and today is their day off at Epiphany.so we won't hear from them for the whole weekend or longer since Sunday is Christmas eve, monday Christmas day.hmmm.
Cordial, relaxing, professional interpersonal conduct; skillful accurate, efficient performance of treatments.
Dr. Petropolis is the top of his profession.
Overjoyed to have no cancer spots after 45 years of several spots to be removed every visit.
That's half my life!
Very short wait time in the lobby and exam room. Exam was thorough and my questions addressed quickly. Staff was competent and courteous.
Debbie Nash is my PA and I’m very comfortable with her. She is very knowledgeable, explains everything well and is very thorough.
She is great!
I had a growth on my face removed, and a biopsy done. I have left many messages to try to get my biopsy results, and cannot get anyone to call me back. Is there a reason you don't return phone calls? How unprofessional. Also why is there no option to speak to a human? I get voice mail everytime. Very disappointed.
I saw PA Vanessa Vu at the Sierra Vista location. A recent addition to the community, I found her thorough, professional and friendly. Appointments have to made well in advance, but once there, the exam proceeded at the appointed time. Office staff also friendly and scheduled my next annual exam before leaving.
Debra Nash is thorough and pleasant when checking me for further trouble. Greatly appreciated! Office staff and nurse are wonderful too!
Epiphany in Sierra Vista has been our go to for our skin care. I was seen by their newest skin specialist PA, Vanessa, and she was wonderful!
Doctor and support staff professional and experienced. I especially appreciated the willingness of doctor to answer my several questions thoroughly.
Overall positive.quick and efficient check-in (esp since I completed online ck-in and pymt). I was in the examining room 5 min after walking in but then I sat for 30 minutes, freezing in an examining gown. I always try to be on time if not early out of respect for the process and others.the same respect should be paid to me and all patients.
Ms. Nash is a true professional. She was very informative and made me feel comfortable! She also introduced me to a new product that works great for Roseacia.
Pleasant personality.
Explained clearly my medical situation.
Thorough.
My experience at Epiphany Dermatology was a very courteous and professional one. Despite the concerning circumstances of the visit, Vanessa took the time necessary to answer all my questions and put me at ease with her presence. Her evaluation was efficient but thorough and her decision to biopsy is to err on the safe side; as I would suggest to anyone with a skin concern. Follow-up in 30 days.
