Manager special written all over it and management that couldn't care less for the residents but instead for the money.

DO NOT live here. Lived here for 1 year and within that year management illegally entered my apartment, had us go without a/c for 6 days (with temperatures reaching 99°) and ignored the many service requests made. Upon move out not only were we charged a $175 cleaning fee as well as a $275 paint fee. Even though we not only cleaned and deck scrubbed the apartment but also kept the paint clean and sparkling white. When I called Art (there manager) not only was I hung up on after being put on hold but when I called back again was put on a hold for 5 minutes before he gaslighted me by saying there was an oven liner and paper on top of the fridge while raising his voice at me and being completely rude considering they were keeping all of the money and refused to take the original move in pictures damages into consideration. Not to mention they did the walk through without me present even with my request to be present. Management was rude, inconsiderate, and I have never been happier to move.
You deserve better than a place that scams and lies, save your money and your time.

We've lived here for about four months now, and really enjoy it. The apartments are adorable. Management has always been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The building we live in has a very family environment which is nice. We put in a work order to have the floor in our kitchen redone. Within two weeks, it had been taken care of. Every other work order has been dealt with in the same way. It's refreshing to see things getting taken care of so quickly. Big plus, is that they are large breed friendly.

Everyone here from the office to house keeping and maintenance are friendly and kind. Lots of improvements and upgrading making this property a nice place to live.

Been here for almost five years and its great manager is really nice and she gets things done right away when you need her and also its gated community really safe place to live.

Staff are super friendly, fast and very helpful! Maintenance has been working hard lately and they’ve been taking care of the necessary tasks:)

Just moved in, hands down, the management is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! MONIQUE & JACK Go ABOVE & BEYOND! So friendly, knowledgeable and did everything to make the move in process as seamless as possible The place is
. Is gorgeous! Totally updated appliances throughout. Definitely worth a look. You won't be disappointed.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This complex is the worst. The management turnover is every other year. No one knows what they are doing. The latest manager was Daniel, he is worthless and obviously they know it because now he is gone. They do not care about the residents. They just want the money and WILL NOT fix anything. They are infested with roaches. I even used my own money for pest control and it still did not work. Roaches running around the kitchen counters and up the walls in the living room. The pest control is a joke, they come into your apartment for 2 minutes. This place IS SLUMS AND RUN BY SLUM LORDS. I often told people to not move in here when they were touring, or they regretted later after signing the lease and then they were stuck for a year. DONT DO IT, SPEND THE MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Now they have a new manager named ART. He was the assistant when Daniel was there. Neither one of them were worth it. Don't listen to him, everything Art says is a lie. None of the Equinox apartment complexes are worth the money. ALL SLUMS.

The worst place I have ever lived in. No compassion from the front office staff, Daniel and Veronica. They do not care that I have been living in this apartment with a cockroach infestation since my first month and have dragged their feet at resolving the issue, which i should mention was a result of the horrible tenants that lived below, nothing to do with any water/ sewer lines. Terrible repairs and handy work all around and having to constantly call to remind the front office that nothing is being done is so tiring and was also stated that I am the person responsible to remind staff to get the maintenance people out to our apartment, mind-boggling to suggest given I live here and don't work here. This place is extremely overpriced for what you get with all the problems mentioned above and not being move in ready with hiding all the incomplete work around the apartment.

Please, if you enjoy living in the slightest, pick any other place to live, this place will check off ever box for a reason to not live in a bad apartment.

I have two kids under 3 and it's very hard to go to the office I called the front desk and the manager Danny was willing to come to my apartment so I could ask him some questions about the apartment answered my questions and was very, very, kind.

Do not move in Unless you want strange people including your own neighbors trying to break into your apartment, never get taken care of stuff in you apartment, be without ac or heater for days cause the manager never sent someone to look it up…

I would like to let you know that I like my apartment very much and Daniel has been a great help to me since ive been here, and hes the best thing thag has happened to the apartment complex.

Absolute slumlords. Do not move in- dirty (feces everywhere), shoddy workmanship, does not respond to maintenance requests, unsafe (my apartment got multiple attempted break-ins), and they will rip you off (be mindful of every little detail on your lease and don’t expect to get your security deposit back). And no, I don’t want to hear from the ownership unless they’re offering me my money back.

I moved into "equinox" in April 2019 & from day 1 I have had nothing but problems. I pay the rent on time, but this place only wants the front money when you 1st move in. They changed owners about 10 times. Nothing ever gets fixed, the Managers don't help us. Danny will look at you and lie to your face. He does it Everytime he opens his mouth. He is so only here for himself. DON'T BELIEVE WHAT HE TELLS YOU, HE IS LOSER AND A MEAN PERSON. Also unsafe area, one confirmed attempted break in and our car has been vandalized and tires stolen.

Apartments are being redone but whoever does the work is clearly in a hurry. Dried paint dripping visible in pretty much every room as well as dried paint on the floors. Staff is nice though and responsive to any issue we have.
