I want to thank Eric for his help. A major hailstorm damaged all the roofs across my neighborhood. There was a major disagreement between State Farm and my roofer. My roof, over several months, was very vulnerable to the weather. Eric stepped in and resolved the problem; within a week the roofers were replacing my roof. I find him to be a professional and humble agent, who cares about his business and cares more about his clients. Plus, he's a very pleasant person.
