Terrible service. I order a couple plants $200 delivered and they were delivered to the wrong house because I did not know about the unit B needed for the address. The mistaken recipients stole the plants and this florist refused to make it right. I bought house warming plants for strangers. The florist did not call my daughter after delivery until I called 3 days later. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. I should have read previous reviews.
Response: What free flowers? She didn’t get the delivery! Me being disgruntled doesn’t erase your terrible service.

I received the most beautiful arrangement from Eric's Flower Market for my birthday. It was STUNNING! I will use them for my flower needs in the future.

My children ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day to be delivered the Saturday before. The arrangement cost them $100. The arrangement was to include roses. What I got was a vase full of greenery, daisies and not roses. Today is Mother’s Day and the flowers are wilted. Not a happy Mom and very unhappy children.

Super disappointed in the customer service of this flower shop. My parents ordered flowers the day before to be delivered to me at work. My dad received email confirmation that the flowers were delivered. I did not receive the flowers. I did receive a text message that they showed up at the office at Friday 4: 56pm-Unfortunately I had left for the day. I texted back and they told me to call the flower shop. I immediately called and left a message -of course they were closed. My parents followed up and were told they could find out more on Monday, after the weekend. Saturday morning - no call back- I did not receive a call back I called again and finally got in touch with somebody around noon the next day. He told me I could pick it up. What should have been wonderful surprise was turned into a hassle and a runaround. We will take our business somewhere else

It's my wife's birthday and I had a great experience with this co.pany on V-Day, so I had to come on back. The ladies were very personable and helpful with my needs. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Eric's put together my bridal bouquet and it was absolutely gorgeous and perfect, as well as being fresh and creative. I wanted succulents and they put 3 large beautiful succulents in the mix. They were also super communicative and the price was right. Highly recommend their flowers and service.

Got some flowers and I must say the owner and his staff are mice and friendly along with that they put together for me looked great and I'll definitely be returning again for my next go around

I needed birthday flowers for a client and came across Eric's Flower Market. When I arrived, they were loading these absolutely stunning flowers into a car for delivery to a wedding. The arrangements were seriously the most beautiful I had ever seen. BREATHTAKING! I came into the shop in a hurry looking for a quick solution, but not compromising the quality since this arrangement was very important for me. Eric came through with a beautiful vase, fresh flowers, and perfect fit for my budget. I was in love with the way they looked, the customer service was top notch, and I was very pleased with what I received. Above and beyond customer service! I fell in love with the place and will definitely come back for future visits. AND my client adored the flowers!

I live in San Antonio and sadly couldn''t be there with my mom on a very special sad day. I told Eric's in the broadest of terms that my mom liked tropicals. They did such beautiful work, I'm so pleased at their vision and design. My mom (who often gets flowers, since I'm a florist) absolutely loved their presentation and said it was one of the most beautiful flower arrangements she's gotten. Thank you so much Eric's!

This place is a scam. My family member ordered flowers from here that were never delivered. They ignore calls or will leave you on hold indefinitely. Do not order from here!

My daughter in Minnesota sent me a birthday bouquet. It was the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever received. Thank you Eric's for a top notch floral arrangement.

I'm so grateful for all the times Eric and his team have helped me with precisely the flowers I've needed! From drop-in shopping to special orders, I've never been disappointed! Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful, I just can't say enough great things!

Just loved my oblong chic gourmet basket. Full of all manner of delicious dark and milk chocalate and treats. Yay erics

Won’t disappoint.

Again I use Eric’s flowers. I don’t know why I keep coming back but never again. I placed an order for a birthday dozen of pink roses with baby breath n greens on Wednesday afternoon for delivery Friday morning thinking it’s ample time for them to deliver early as my wife leaves early on Fridays.in the”special instructions” box i communicated this very same message and come Friday1230 pm they still weren’t delivered. I had to call and rush them to deliver and they barely made it with five minutes to spare before she left.this isn’t even to mention the floral arrangement! Wilted flowers, cheap greens ZERO baby’s breath and definitely didn’t look like the image presented. And most definitely not worth the price. Please read my other reviews on Eric’s flowers.they don’t realize the importance of these deliveries and will never ever ever get my business again.

Flower arrangement was much smaller than expected. Not worth $100.

Edit: I was a walk-in and picked them up. Perhaps the problem was that the flowers were cut too short and they were poorly arranged. See photo with flower arrangement next to a half liter bottle for perspective.

The flowers were even more beautiful than pictured! Thank you so much, you guys always do a wonderful job!
