I love living here! Escape apartments is a great place to live if you enjoy amenities and being in a great driving /walkable area. Jacky from the leasing office is always so helpful.

Shout out to Jacky for being responsive, courteous, and helpful through my move-in experience, also impressed with the maintenance team's response time to service requests.

I scheduled a tour for the next day but when I showed up they had a note that they had just left for lunch and wouldn’t be back for 45min. Not sure if my original appointment wasn’t documented or they forgot. I left a voicemail and emailed to check in to see if they were looking to reschedule. No response that day. I then followed up a few days later and still no response or apology for wasting my time. I would have rescheduled if they got back to me but the ghosting after days is unacceptable. I was really looking forward to seeing the property. If this is how they treat potential renters I’d hate to see how tenants are treated.

I toured this property with Jacky and she was super nice and they have a nice property to live at. If you are in the Phoenix area definitely consider renting here.

Very nice quiet apartment complex and convenient location with great amenities. Office personnel are friendly and responsive. The property is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Just visited this complex and very impressed. The staff was awesome! The community is very well kept. Thank you Jacky for the tour looking forward to joining the community soon

Erica and Jacky are incredible at managing the property and very helpful. Maintenance and cleanliness is always top notch and it’s in a wonderful location.

Can't recommend this apartment complex or anywhere managed by Weidner. There are much nicer and better managed apartments nearby. This place has security issues, the units are not 'luxury' quality as they claim, and they WILL scam you out of as much of your deposit as they can. If this is on your list of places to tour, skip it.

I lived here for the past year in a one bedroom studio. It has been a great experience! The pool and gym are always kept really nice and clean. Jacky in the leasing office is always very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend living here!

The office and maintenance staff has always been so courteous and prompt with requests and making sure everything is running right in the complex.

I enjoy living here! Escape has very hotel-like amenities such as the pool, lounge house and the gym. I like that this apartment complex hosts monthly events like pizza day, BINGO, and celebrate holidays. The ladies at the front desk (Jacky in particular) and Anthony, the maintenance supervisor are very kind and helpful. This one time Anthony helped my boyfriend and I unlock ourselves out of our bedroom (don’t ask lol) and fixed our garbage disposal when it broke.

Love living here. Erica and Jacky are always willing to help in any way they can. Beautiful place with great staff.you cant beat that. Definitely recommend!

Staff and onsite maintenance are awesome! This place is super clean! Would definitely recommend visiting and considering this place to rent!

I just wanted to make a quick shout out to Jackie and Erica as well as Randy and Anthony from maintenance for being friendly and for taking time to fix my washer and dryer. I know those machines are heavy! Thank you
QUICK UPTATE: over 1 year later - my washer and dryer have been continuously not working properly and most of my clothing/towels/sheets etc have been beyond damaged. One towel had burned holes in it! Seems the issue is most likely with the unit itself. Erica and Jackie have FINALLY taken steps to make things right, including transferring me to another apartment as well as reimbursing me for the month (S) I've been using washer/ dryers in other vacant units, and constantly moving around.

Situation right now Feb 2023.
Grill areas, pool area stinks on dogs pee. This is terrible, water in hot tob smell on dogs too. Lights on grill area doesn't works more then 2 years.
This is not luxury anymore.

Customer service is great willing to help in anyway possible come check it out and see if u like it

I had a problem with my shower doors and put in a maintenance request. Anthony, the service technician, came out THE SAME DAY I put in the request, and then he fixed the shower door issue and another smaller issue. He could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable about fixing the issues. He is a GREAT representative of the Escape Apt.community.
