Escape has done an amazing job ever since I moved in 18 months ago. Great customer service, and care for their tenants. I enjoy the luxury environment and amenities provided with the location.

I’ve lived here for almost 9 months and have been so grateful. This apartment has gorgeous amenities, the kindest and warmest staff, and cute apartments. I went to tour other apartments in downtown Glendale and they were the same price but smaller and not as cute apartments. Michael and Lexie who are at the front office are AMAZING. They always help me with things I need and go above and beyond. One of the things they could work on is the parking situation as there is limited parking for tenants and then really limited parking for visitors where visitors have to pay to park in a section with X number of spots. I feel like parking should be free for visitors as seen in other apartment complexes. Other than this, this is a wonderful place to live in, the premises is clean and super cute looking. I’d stay here again in a heart beat

Was going to potentially move here but then read the reviews and spoke to some current residents. It's gonna be a no from me. Very nice complex and apartments but the parking situation is not good. Going to look elsewhere

Beautiful place to live. Always clean and quiet. Apartments are great. Maintenance staff is there as soon as you need them. And… thank you Michael for all your help on the applying and moving process. I love this place.

This place is horrible I parked on parking spot and next to me another parking spot handicapped I parked and little bit my tires touched that parking handicapped and they still towed my car this is second time I got towed first time when I got towed I lost my sticker couldn’t go to the office to ask for another one because it was Friday night. Can’t wait to leave this place

If you need someone to help you lease an apartment here, PLEASE ask for Michael! He is absolutely amazing to work with and so kind. He reminded me so much of the Midwest hospitality you would receive from my hometown. Which is a HUGE compliment. His service and attentiveness is outstanding. My experience with him was enough for me to leave this review. That being said - my new work location is unfortunately 30 minutes away. If location wasn’t a deal breaker I would’ve signed a lease before having even seen the complex. I told him to keep my contact information in the event there were ever other complexes he leased in the future. He will take care of you!

If you have more then one car stay away you will be charged for them monthly to park and even tho there isn’t enough parking the management is broken record it doesn’t matter what you say or who you speak to it just gonna be the same answer repeating over and over and also the manger forgot to get her name doesn’t understand that when you get off work you should have assigned parking space not start hunting for one and when I spoke with her about it her answer was you can rent a garage while I’m already paying for a parking space

Such a modern & chic complex. The amenities are nice and it’s a super safe neighborhood. However, their parking and towing policies are ridiculous. I’ve never had a problem with uncovered spots before (sometimes I prefer to park there instead of my covered space since it’s closer to my building) and there was never any issues. However, most recently I just got towed and the company they work with is 0 help at all. They tow you in the middle of the night and when calling for assistance, the workers know absolutely nothing. No information on if they have your car and they were even clueless as to which impound lot it was brought to. The only answer I was given was to call back at 8am and nothing else. I’m just so confused as to why the cars are confiscated so late at night to not even have a towing service that is 24 hours.

Parking is a huge issue here.you have to pay for visitors parking and you pay monthly to park your car and barely can find a spot.its horrible!
think about it coming home from 9 hours shift and you have to look for a parking spot it might not be any.so your car would be towed the next day…smh

A year later, another parking and towing review. Towing still an issue. I have been paying for my parking spot for just about 2 years. My vehicle was towed from my covered parking spot that is registered to my car. I paid for my sticker and I get it, that it was suppose to be on. But it has been registered to that spot for 2 years. The excuse that the sticker wasn’t on to tow my vehicle that is in my paid parking spot is a joke. No other apartment does this dumb stuff. My exhaust on my vehicle was ripped off and caused damage to my car. It’s a 2000 dollar exhaust system. Now I am dealing with trying to fix the exhaust. The tow driver was nice enough to cancel the impound cost and try to put it back together. However it still has damage. The tow company says I have to drive their office which is 25 miles away to file a claim to even start anything. I work 6/7 days a week I don’t have time to drive down there. We emailed the apartment complex about the issue and they have yet to respond. Been over 2 weeks. Lol.

I recently toured Escape and was impressed with the overall
amenities and layout of the
complex. The staff was friendly and helpful during the tour, and the units themselves were modern and had all the features I was looking for in a new apartment. Unfortunately, the floor plan I was interested in was not available at the time, but if it had been, I would have definitely rented here. Overall, I highly recommend this community.

We cannot give enough praise to Alexis up in the front office! She was amazing to work with. We had signed up to get into a unit but it wasn't the one we had originally hoped for. She was so understanding, and worked her magic to get us into the unit that we desired to be in. She was so pleasant to work with. Thank you Alexis for being so wonderful!

I am thrilled to share my positive experience.
Recently, the management team made changes to the parking rules and I have found these changes to be a
significant improvement. The new rules have greatly increased the availability of parking for residents, making it much more convenient for me to come and go from my home.
Additionally, the enforcement of the rules has been fair and and consistent, ensuring that everyone follows the guidelines. Overall, I am very pleased with the changes and I feel that they truly serve the best interests of the residents.

I would like to take the time to
express my appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our management team. The recent changes to the parking rules may have caused some inconvenience for some residents, but I believe that the end result is well worth it. The new guest parking system is a brilliant solution and it is a pleasure to see it in action. I understand that implementing these changes must have taken a lot of time and planning, and I appreciate the effort that the management team put into making sure that everything runs smoothly. It is clear that they have put a lot of thought into the new rules and have come up with a solution that is fair and beneficial for everyone. I also appreciate the fact that the management team is enforcing the rules and ensuring that everyone is following them. This is important to ensure that there is always enough guest parking available for those who need it.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with the changes that have been made and I believe that Escape is a better place because of them.

Upon moving out, I received the incorrect refund for my security deposit, which was sent back in to the back office. My bank also would not accept the check as my roommate and I do not have a joint bank account. After waiting for the security deposit check to be updated to the correct amount, and finding a solution to deposit the check with both our names on it, the checks had expired. At first I emailed Eric several times with no response, but then I heard from Lindsey in the office after several emails noting he had moved to another department. I've now been communicating with Lindsey, I have sent her 3 emails since 12/10 with no response other than an automated email saying Eric would be stepping in during her holiday absence (which I thought the reason why he wasn't responding to my several emails was because he had moved on). Emails beginning 12/10 and beyond were to get an update on the status of my original request from 11/23. I am extremely frustrated that this office can't seem to effectively communicate and I have been more than patient with them in this process. I moved out in July and the fact that we are still trying to get the deposit checks situated is absolutely unheard of and ridiculous.

I love this place but something needs to be done about parking. No other apartment I’ve been to, lived at, or heard of makes visitors pay for parking. I understand there are work trucks and people parking on the curb but what is paying for visitor parking going to fix? It won’t magically make people find a parking spot because they have to pay for it. The gate has been broken for a majority of the year in 2022 and now they are trying to upset more of the people that live here. What does offsite mean for people that live here or are visiting people that live here? Where are they going to park? Last year they threatened towing cars nothing really happened and this year they’re doing the same thing. Everyone in the community is upset and they keep saying it’s for the residents and making them feel comfortable how come other apartments don’t have this issue? There is plenty of land next to the mail room to make more parking spaces or re-do something. Is there anything or options that the people live here can take? I’ve voiced my concerns and am professional about it respectful but no wiggle room for anyone that has been an ideal resident. What can we do? The only complaint is parking and having visitors pay but it’s a huge huge huge issue that makes the rest of the place feel bleak. Very unfortunate

You need to pay to park to visit which is done by downloading an app. After inputting your card information you are assigned a spot and it’s held for 24 hours. There are plenty of available spots, but unavailable in the app.
