Esteban Park Apartments, Phoenix AZ

Rental anger Justice Golson is the poster person for excellence in prospective resident assistance and the epitome of what can only be classed as the consumate sales/rental professional. She is a pleasure to work with and deserves all the kudos stated herein. She made leasing a unit at this property hassle free and answered all our questions with speed and accuracy. Can't say enough good things about this young lady.

Yes I applied on the 10th which was the Thursday I think and I was approved that Monday everything worked out perfectly and I have all things to Justice if you're looking to move Esteban Park Apartments is it and once again thank you so much Justice I love it

The new community management team is just what we've needed! Lady Justice is a breath of fresh air! She has a genuine care and concern for humanity! Since she's been here she's gone above and beyond her scope of duties to ensure tenants are safely housed and definitely works with them to ensure they stay that way! Also a big shout out to the maintenance team, our guys work hard in the rain, sleet, heat, or snow (if we had it) to make sure the units and property grounds are well kept! I'd say to the residents to do your part to keep our housing community safe and beautiful! ️

I wouldn't even give this property one star. Yes the leasing agent was polite. Only none of them knew how to deal with my section 8 voucher. I was told lies. I was told to start a Jetta account (do not do this without first signing your lease agreement you cannot get your money back period). Also I would not put a holding fee for any of their units because it takes 2 weeks or more to get your money back when they deny you. None of the staff knew how to handle section 8 or acted as if they could not handle the process. If this is a fairly being equal living apartment complex that's a lie. Not only did it take a long time to get the denial at the end only a week before my move in but no one knew what the other one was doing during the whole process. There's no manager the regional manager does not answer the phone so there's no one to talk to you when you're getting treated unfairly. They might write a comment after this but just know this apartment is not equal living and they're taking people's money 4000$ for two bed room move in with half being on a payment plan but still $4000 this is what is happening to people trying to live right and take care of their responsibility it is SAD shame on this complex. May God have mercy

I lived at Esteban for two years. So, I can't say anything bad about Esteban Park Apartments. Just remember you live here for a reason. Which is you either love it or hate it. I chosed to love it. I moved because the economy and my expenses changed. But, if I alone could afford it. I would of stayed. But, moved to the very back part of the complex for ultimate tranquility. 3 floor is the best part of the building. View the park and mountain are very exciting to wake up. Anyways. Management was good. Parking was horrible and everyone smoked weed so the complex always smelled bad. People were always parking in our paid spot as well.

My sister lived here and had one of her exroommates put a restraining out on her (yes exroommate as in she no longer lived there at that time) and was made to leave the apartment without her belongings by police. After the court date the order was dismissed so she was then allowed to enter to get her things, however she moved to AZ for school so her days are consumed with her classes which don’t match up with the hours the office is open. Sara the girl that answers the phones or whatever she does was not accommodating at all. After being put out of where she had paid rent for the month in a state that is foreign to her she then was treated very poorly by Sara specifically saying that if she can’t make it there during those times then it’s basically not her problem. I don’t want to think this is a race issue but I can’t really think of another reason you would have such little compassion for a person already going through so much for no reason at all already. (Also the roommate let Sara know a few days ahead that she was putting the restraining order on my sister and she knew for sure that she was no longer residing there physically but refused to remove herself from the lease which leads me to believe she was ok with all that followed for my sister once the order was in place) this whole ordeal is a nightmare but to add insult to injury the lack of customer service skills and human decency just takes it all to another level. I am truly disgusted and I feel Sara may need some training or to be terminated all together because this is not a good look for your company.

The people in the office are mean and don't return phone calls to residents. When my lease is up I'm moving from here. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! This is my worst apartment experience EVER!

Don’t move here! We had bed bugs all over the apartment on move in day and they tried to blame us. We left that day they took our money and refused to communicate with us. Shady business.

We asked for a different move-in date, said no but the washer, bathtub, sink was filthy, window wouldn't lock, weather stripping gone around entrance door, one pool for this large complex, one designated parking space, floors are so weak you can hear when walking, no linen closet

Great place to live. So quiet and secluded felt like we lived in our own little separate world in Phoenix. The staff is amazing, both office staff and maintenance are awesome. The grass is always green, the grounds are clean and the pool is always empty. Just an awesome place to live, couldn't recommend it more.

The manager is a perfect example of what every employer should look for in an employee. She has a great attitude, she’s knowledgeable and helpful, she’s communicative, and goes the extra mile. Thank you for your help!

I love this place and the staff. I have to mention Jasmine, she always makes my day. You would think that I would get tired of bragging about our great staff here, but honestly they make our day. Anything, you need is taken care of and the landscaping is gorgeous. I can ask maintenance anything and they will immediately respond. Thank you again!

This is the the second time I lived in the community the first time when it first opened. I absolutely love this community at this time. So much has changed and I feel it's well managed. Other than the cost in rent is rising in AZ I felt comfortable living here and enjoying the community I live in with my kids!

The management team offers a whole new level of awesome: simple, easy & terrific service. Jasmine is wonderful to work with.her word is golden. The property is every bit as advertised and more. We are so happy to call Esteban Park our home.

I have lived here for over three years and appreciate my apartment very much - especially my kitchen. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, beautiful grounds, repairs made quickly, quite location and the neighbors are friendly and have enjoyed my stay here.

Esteban Park is a great place to live. Clean property, attentive managers, and reliable maintenance crew. Location is very nice with walking access to the park. The staff always said they "LOVE THEIR RESIDENTS" and that is very TRUE.

This complex is amazing due to the staff. I want to give a specific shoutout to Jasmine. She's always been efficient and helpful! Any issue I was worried about, she was able to address promptly and with sincere concern. I am certain that she is one of the biggest reasons that this complex is successful and has been able to retain tenants. The maintenance team works efficiently and are so kind. The facilities are clean and the neighborhood is safe and quiet.

I have lived at Esteban Park for about 4 years and have really enjoyed my time here so far. The most noticeable thing about Esteban Park is how involved the Staff are and how they are always trying to help out and resolve any and all problems. Jasmine has been awesome and I feel like I can call her up with any problems or questions and she'll do everything she can right away to answer them. She helped us work out a bad situation, got us a new AC, and gives us a call when our packages are sitting on the floor of the package concierge. We're thankful to have the relationship we do with her.
