2 Took my 6 yrs old nephew to his baseball practice and ended up staying after afterwards at one the awesome playgrounds.
A lot of homes still being built but the area seemed very inviting with people walking their dogs right after sunset and friendly as can be.
Fulton homes HOA is an absolute abuse of power where you are guilty until proven innocent. The hoa sits in Tempe takes complaints with no proof of violations sends threatening letters to fine you. Tells you to request the info and pay for a certified letter to receive and will only send a name and disregard the rest of the requested information. The new hoa manager Kate needs to be replaced along with how our hoa complaints. They don't send anyone to verify complaints prior to sending threating letters. And no recourse against false claims. They are absolutely a waste of our dues to pay these people. Not to mention landscaping around the new community has alot of dead plants for weeks. But if it's yours be prepared for for threatening letters and fines.
