Been bringing my child here for over 3 years and it's gone downhill since. You now have to schedule appointments months in advance and even once scheduled, they cancel. We have had the same appointment canceled on us TWICE and when trying to call back to reschedule, they don't answer the phone. Save your time and bring your kid elsewhere - where they care about your child and your time.

If your child ever gets sick don’t come here. My daughter has been sick for a month now and their treatment plan hasn’t been working but making her more sick. They said they would refer her to a specialist but it’s going to take a week. During that time my daughter has gotten to the point where she is not eating, no wet diapers, or either screaming in pain. I have called multiple times asking to see the doctor because she is getting worse and they always just say that they will call back. I asked about her medicine and they said they would talk to the doctor but guess who never talked to the doctor until I called again 8 hours later.

Been coming here for 11, always accommodated and they have appointments available if it’s an urgent matter, or sick. Otherwise I come to my childrens yearly appointments and everything always goes smoothly.

Ok I would like to know what time this office opens. Great care, but they never answer the phone until 30 minutes after they open. The answering service always picks up u til about 9am. So frustrating when your kid is very sick.

I been with this company for almost 12 years. I seen the company grow along with my child. Unfortunately I feel like it’s time to move on and find another company. I can’t get an appointment until April 30th. I mean I understand they have other people in line but they should probably stop taking in people if they can’t even get their loyal customers in for an appointment. The phone call I made today completely disappointed me. I mention I would have to think if I want to schedule the appointment since it’s almost 2 months away and I might need to re think if I want to keep using their services. The lady said okay and to call back if I wanted the appointment. I mean how easy is to get rid of someone who was been using the company for so long. I am not sure if I am the only one feeling like this lately. BTW the only reason I stuck around was for Dr. Bennett. He is amazing.

Top of the line care for our newborn. Attentive physicians and nurses. Beautiful new building

I highly recommend them. They always took care of our concerns, its my kid's favorite Doctors office.

I chose this pediatrics for my children based off of the reviews. Unfortunately the reviews do not reflect the care or service your children may need. Not only did the office violate HIPPA by sending me home with another patients discharge information attached to my sons, a simple ultrasound wasn’t properly examined and led to a dangerous misdiagnosis. I was told by Estrella pediatrics Dr.that he did not have the suspected condition, however my son ended up in the ER with exactly what was suspected and required surgery. If you care for the well being of your child and private information I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Office never disappoints me, every doctor is amazing and helpful. Each one takes the time to see my kids. Thank you all

The worst service for overnight nurse call. My son had an ear and sinus infection and I am 32 weeks pregnant and the night answer service could not even answer if I need to go to hospital to get him seen or if I would be able to get him in the morning. I didn't want to use a mask on my 4 year old who is already struggling to breath. What a joke you work there and can't say if they will see him? Called goodnight pediatrics and got a virtual appointment in like 10 mins and got meds for his ear and sinus infection. I am moving doctor's office after this. I have had my kids as patients for over 10 years here. I will never return after this.

Nice front desk & nice & informed PA/Dr. My daughters have been seeing dr.finley for about a yr now & she’s awesome. She is attentive & answers all my questions. They’re also always really good about scheduling us in quickly.

Have never been here. Dr from this place saw my daughter at hospital when she was born but I never signed anything stating I was ok to get billed for and if they would of given me something to SIGN AUTHORIZING to be charged for their services this review would of been a diff story. Only because I am in the process of purchasing this home I had to pay this place their money if not i would of disputed this payment for non authorization.
