Ethan Allen, Tucson AZ

My husband and I purchased the Vinson Table in Rustic Sable from Ethan Allen on 10/03/2020. I don’t remember the delivery date, but I believe it was in November or December. By May of 2021, the finish was chipping off and upon review of the product by an outside contractor hired by Ethan Allen, it was deemed irreparable and replacement was recommended. I do not remember how long we waited for the replacement.

The finish on the replacement table started flaking off Thanksgiving day 2022. This table rarely gets used. It’s just my husband and I and we eat our meals at the kitchen counter (on our Ethan Allen counter stools), so the table only gets used every couple of weeks when we have guests.

It was suggested that we try a different table, but the dimensions on the tables that would come in similar finishes (to match the chairs and bench) did not work for our space.

Frank is currently working to get the table exchanged again for us. Hoping the 3rd time will be the charm! Expecting the table in about 6 weeks.

My original review was one star, but the effort from the Ethan Allen team to get this resolved has prompted me to raise the rating to four stars. I can’t quite give 5 stars due to the quality issues with the product.

Our table was replaced 12/21. The quickest and smoothest customer service transaction we have had with Ethan Allen. The team at the store and the service department provided us impeccable customer service.

I had a very pleasant and professional experience working with Jessica Green for the reupholstering of my dining chairs and couch cushions. The project was completed in a timely manner and the workmanship was outstanding. I am extremely happy with the fresh new look of our furniture.

My experience with Jessica has been outstanding. She helped design the layout of my master bedroom, family room and dining room. I have been extremely pleased with all her suggestions. She is very attentive and responds quickly to any request, such a great designer to work with. She goes out of her way to please her customers. It’s been a pleasure working with her.

I want to thank Design Consultant Frank Schepis, for his assistance in making our Furniture purchase an enjoyable experience.

When I first visited Ethan Allen showroom, I just wanted to browse. Frank gave me the space I wanted and provided me with product printouts of several pieces I was interested in. After a couple more visits, we purchased two sofas and three chairs.
Once order was placed, Frank kept us informed of anticipated delivery dates and followed up after delivery.

The Ethan Allen furniture exceeded my expectations - exceptional Quality and very heavy.

Hope to deal with Frank again in the future, he’s a real asset to Ethan Allen.
