My first time at this location. My aesthetician was friend and fast and pain free. I could tell they were doing their best to keep up with the COVD-19 protocols. I always enjoy my aestheticians at EWC it’s just unfortunate they don’t glam up the rooms a little more. The lights are insanely bright and I feel like I’m in a drs office. But other than the appearance of the store they always do a top notch job!

Showed up to my appt a few mins early, was told to wait outside. My appt was at 5pm was called at 5: 13 to be told that they tried to text me to come in but I never came in and that they already took their next appt. Funnily enough I was standing right outside the doors. And 2 women walked in while i was waiting outside. They weren't asked to wait outside and their next appt was taken during my appt time because of a 9 min wait. Terrible service hete

They gave an absolutely amazing team. Obviously they really care about everyone who comes in and genuinely want to create a good experience for everyone. The fact that my waxers got mixed up and they were so accommodating for the mistake. I recommend them to all my friends who are in the need of waxing, and hope I can continue to go here as long as I can!

Quick to get in and out. No sticky residue because they use hard wax. No pressured sales and no matter which person I see I have been satisfied with the results.

Usually when I need something waxed, I do it myself but there are times when I just don’t want to bother doing a Brazilian. I’ve been going to EWC for roughly 7-8 years, in those years I’ve only had 1 wax specialists that I would stick to like glue, even after she left and got her own studio. I stayed with her for 3 years until her husband got orders and got stationed in Virginia. After she moved I’ve been so dissatisfied with my services at EWC. But I kept trying them out cause honestly when I do a Brazilian it can take my anywhere from an hour to two. I kept hoping that maybe just maybe I might find someone here in Phoenix that would be my new girl. After 2 year, numerous and waxing specialist later, I found someone that I would consider. Today JOANNA performed my service and for the first time in years, I’m very satisfied. I’m not sure why I would get horrible services, I’m a really big girl and that’s always been in the back of my mind that maybe other girls just didn’t want to do a Brazilian in a fat girl. I’m not sure what the reasons were but Joanna never made me feel like she didn’t want me on her table. She very nice, talkative. She made me feel like I was with a friend. That’s saying a lot since the last time I had gone the girl didn’t say 2 words to me besides “hi, how are you doing? ” But what I loved most about Joanna is that she actually removed all the hair. She made sure that she got every hair. She made sure to ask me to get in certain positions that would make it easier to remove as much hair possible. She got Every. Little. Hair. Usually when I get a service they leave so many strips of hair left as if they don’t look where they’re working. I usually have to remove it myself or go back in and get it cleaned up. At $54, And a tip, I shouldn’t have to.
I will be going back to this location and will be requesting Joanna, if she is consistent, then she has found a loyal client and great tips! Thank you Joanna for the great work! You made me feel like I matter to you.

Terrible customer service! I spend upwards of $1000 annually between products and services at this location and was 3 minutes after the grace period, due to traffic. Not only was I not given the courtesy of the situation, or them taking into consideration that I am a loyal customer to their location. After this event I will not be doing business with location and once my passes are over I will not be doing business with Euro Wax moving forward!

Just wanna say I looooove the girls at this place. I've been doing EWC for over 2 years and this location they're so amazing. I got to get sideburns and chin due to PCOS #pcosawarenessmonth and joanna really exceeded my normal expectations when I normally come! Thanks joanna for your patience! I'm more than highly satisfied!

The one person per room policy is really dumb, especially if someone is a little uncomfortable and they won’t let someone go back with them. We won’t come here again.

Everyone here is really nice and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great waxing experience!

Services are great. I went in yesterday thinking that the same level of professionalism would have been applied, which wasn't the case. Product recommendations were made by the wax tech without any mentioning of the type of service I received because we were in the lobby, and there were 2 other guests there. In completing payment, the receptionist attempted to make further recommendations on products as well, however, she kept mentioning the specific service I had done, "exfoliating dry skin before i come in", the cost of my service, how much gratuity I would like to leave, and all of this was not in an indoor voice or at the very least kept private. I have never felt that uncomfortable before and I am pretty sure that the other guests in the lobby didn't want to visualize dry skin in a hairy area that I will not mention for the sake of this review. The nature of these services is private and confidentiality shouldn't be something clients compromise.

I am not satisfied with my experience. It’s my second time here, first time was fine but this time I didn’t notice till I checked under my arms that it was not completely waxed and had missed spots. I paid a total of $130 because it included other areas so I expected everything to be okay. Same thing happened when I got my lip waxed but I double-checked that area before leaving.

Friendly staff they explained everything they were doing because this was my first experience. Would highly recommend this location to all my friends and family.

Never did I think I would enjoy going to get waxed! Christina was the best I have ever worked with and I am very sad to have to find someone else due to moving away! From my very first appointment with her we were laughing nonstop, and every time after it felt like hanging out with a friend. Thank you Christina for being fantastic all around! I HIGHLY recommend setting an appointment with CHRISTINA.

This is really not a good place if you're an Asian. These people are racist and don't behave properly neither they do their job properly. I went moon valley center for arm waxing. The girl who was doing my waxing didn't even do it properly all my hair's got broken. There were some areas where she didnt even applied wax, I could see whole patch on my hand with hair's but the person who is mastered in doing such job can't see it. When I complained about it, she started explaining me the benefits of hard wax. When I complained about my broken hair's she said that it happens with hard wax. I am just wondering that hard waxing is better she said on the other end she say that hair's get broken with hard wax. I am wondering is hard wax better?
The the girl at the reception was also laughing at me. I could properly understand that I don't belong to this place because I am an Asian. Please beware of visiting this center.

Great customer service, clean welcoming space. Been a customer for a few years now since I first visited their location in Houston and will continue to get my services here.

Been going for a few yrs and only choose them for my eyebrow waxing.

Pricer than going to a nail salon but definitely worth the price. The waxers and girls upfront are always friendly too. Have a couple of favorite waxers that I prefer to use.

Recommend getting their wax pass if you're gonna go often.

This morning (10/25) I called in to reschedule my appointment to an earlier time, and the receptionist Kahila greeted me friendly like always, while my short time in the waiting room she isn't shy to sing to the songs that come on which I think is awesome. Keep doing that girl! I worked with Joanna on my Brazilian, all the ladies I have experienced waxing with there are all talented and amazing people. But, I especially enjoyed Joanna. She helps you relax, makes sure you're comfortable, and she's a perfectionist, a good one. She tweezed the remaining hairs to even out when it grew back, gave me a few tips for the rest of my day. She's also very sweet. Highly recommend Joanna! Plus, this location is very easy to access, and I have not experienced anything negative here and I don't think I ever will:) thank you!

After a year of growing out my brows from a botched wax session from a nail salon, Christina transformed my hairy caterpillars into perfection! She was professional and took her time making sure they were even and balanced. I will be coming back for sure!

This place is GREAT! Not only is the staff amazing and professional, they truly care about you. The facility is very clean. In the past I went to Urban Wax where the receptionist is your waxer, never again will I go there. ONLY EUROPEAN WAX:)
