This location is amazing! Front desk is always very inviting and welcoming while providing a clean space for all. Mimi is the best! Not only is she a master at waxing, she makes a very vulnerable situation comfortable. Mimi always demonstrates professionalism, has great customer service and always puts her clients first. After getting butchered for my first ever wax with this company, I was fortunate enough to be rebooked later that same week with a different wax specialist named “Bee”. She is literally THE BEST WAX SPECIALIST in this company! There’s been a few times I’ve been in a pinch and our schedules don’t work out, so I’ve had to book with different waxers… and each time I do, I leave disappointed and with regret.
Bee takes her time, she makes you feel comfortable, and her work speaks for it’s self! So ladies if you’re in the market for the best wax you’ve ever gotten, she’s your girl. Also by taking the time to write this I do hope Europe Wax notices and appreciates her because she is such a valuable person for this industry.

This was my first expirence getting waxed at European Wax and it was ABSOLUTELY amazing! I saw Bee and she made me instantly feel comfortable as if she was a friend I haven't seen in a while.
