EV Access, Phoenix AZ

I reserved a vehicle but ended up canceling the same day as the reservation because hertz offered me a better deal. I apologized and asked if I’ll get reimbursed for any part of it and Justin said I’ll get half back which I was fine with because I canceled last minute. The problem is I never received any receipt for the cancellation or any reimbursement. I contacted Justin multiple times and he assured me I would get it but I never received any email or reimbursement. This just left a bad taste in my mouth about this place.

I'm a returning customer from many years back (I believe it was back in 2020). I had a good experience then, so when I needed a car rental for a few weeks in July, they were the company I looked up. I rented a 2023 Model Y for about 3-weeks, and the process and my overall experience this time around was far better than I expected. I found the rates directly on their website competitive and booked a car to pick up within 24 hours in a matter of a couple minutes, easy as can be. The pickup process was straightforward, and the car they had ready for me was better than advertised and brand new! Throughout my rental period, EV Access was attentive when necessary, easy to communicate with, and made last-minute accommodations for me to extend my rental without notice for a week. These guys run a top-notch operation, one I can highly recommend! Seeing their operation makes me want to buy a Tesla as a rental-car investment so I can give it to EV Access to manage!

Rented this Lexus GS 2013 and it was better than I expected smooth and comfortable. I would have no problem getting it again thanks again Ev Access can’t wait to see what else you have.

I rented my first ever electric car from Justin in April. The car and the rental process were both exceptional. I enjoyed the experience and loved passing right by the gas station! I ended up having several questions due to my unfamiliarity with EV’s and everyone was very understanding and helpful.

Using the Model 3 while in the Phoenix area was easy. I drive a lot for work. Using the superchargers is simple, and it saved me money on gas! They also have an AC feature where it doesn’t let the car get over a certain temp while it’s parked. Great in the hot AZ summers!

I enjoyed renting from this company. From Initiation of the rental to pickup the host provided detailed instructions on how locate, access, and operate the vehicle. On arrival I was greeted by the host to assist with any issues for pickup which made worry free for me. I had a complete blast driving the Tesla for a weekend, it was a great experience and I will be back soon to rent in the future.

I have use EV Access few times now and it’s the best, great communication and problems or issues they try to fix it asap, I can’t wait to book a car again

We rented from EV Access in May 2023 from PHX airport and it was a very smooth experience. Justin and Neil both kept in contact with us via email or text messages. The original Tesla 3 we rented was not available but they sent us correspondence prior to our arrival that they had another Tesla 3 available. We will definitely rent from EV Access again since they made the process of renting a vehicle through Turo a positive and smooth experience.

I’ve rented multiple times from EV Access. Always great and fast service and you’re always greeted with a smile. I rented two Tesla 3 models and one Y model. The cars are always clean and charged. The long range cars are a plus (all 3 were) I’ve never had an issue with any car that I’ve rented. I had an emergency and had to extend once, and was given an extension with no issue. (Sure that is case by case but, if possible they will surely make it happen for you!) Returns are always a breeze! I’ve never had an issue with charges once my rental was closed out! I relocated to a different state recently but, whenever I’m in the AZ area… EV Access will forever be my go-to when I need a rental!

I was pleasantly surprised with the comprehensive customer service from getting back to me quickly and providing an FAQ on all aspects of my rental. I rented him them via Turo. The price was great and the option to have the car delivered made everything so easy! It was great to have a clean beautiful car waiting for me before hitting the road. Ending the trip was a good experience and I appreciate the quick answer to my request to extend my trip! I will definitely be recommending you to everyone and I will be a returning customer for sure. Justin was a great host with good communication. Tesla S was amazing, immaculate and trouble free. All around great experience. I highly recommend you give Justin a call if your looking for a top tier rental experience.

I rented a Chevrolet Bolt EV 2023 from EV access for about a month. The car was very clean in the interior as well as the exterior. The car was well maintained. I had never driven an electric car before. Justin was very kind and went over the basics with me when I picked the car up. I had to extend my trip multiple times due to last minute changes in my schedule. Justin was very fast in approving my trip extensions. He usually approved them in a few minutes. If I need to rent a car in the area again. I will definitely go back to EV access.

These guys are super professional, super helpers, and very honest. I left a very expensive hat in the car and they actually took the time to package it and send it to me. Definitely taking the time to let everyone know these guys ARE the place to rent from if you're in Phoenix.

Great experience. They are very knowledgeable about EV’s. I rented a Chevy bolt that was well cared for and beautifully clean on the inside and out. Would definitely do Turo with them again
