Dr Molina and her assistant Jerry are the best. They made my nervous n scared child calm, explain her all the process and made it so fun that she wants to go back to them again for the next checkup. Front desk and help desk girls were very helpful, I had issues with my insurance and they took care of it. Will surely refer friends.

The staff don't introduce themselves before they begin treatment. We have had 3 different doctors and different assistants every time we came in. They don't return calls and didn't know what oral surgeon to refer my son too even though Dr. Molina was the one referring him. I don't recommend this office.

This place is absolutely terrible with scheduling. You have to schedule MONTHS ahead and then they’ll still call you and cancel. I had made all 5 of my kids appointments 4 months in advance and 2 weeks before their appointments they called me to cancel and reschedule two more months later. When I returned their call I asked why this was happening and the lady really told me “the provider will be out sick” so the providers can see the future and know when they’ll be sick apparently. The providers are always out “sick” I think they’re out more than they actually go to work. Getting an appointment is awful and then the communication between the dentist and orthodontist is also terrible. They had me pull my daughters last two baby teeth and come back a few weeks later to see the ortho and schedule braces being put on for him to refuse to do it. Why on earth did you make me pull her teeth then!? All around this place has gotten terrible it was fine a few years ago but now your kids will be seen once a year if you’re lucky and good luck after that…would not recommend. I called another dentist with 5 stars and got an appointment in two WEEKS did you hear that WEEKS NOT MONTHS. Go somewhere else there’s better customer service out there. For the amount you pay you should be getting better quality care.

Scheduling used to be a challenge, but has greatly improved. Dr. Seymour is phenomenal and easy to talk to, seems to genuinely care. I wish I could special request Fabie the tech every time because she is exceptional. The patience, kindness, and overall patient care she provides is amazing. She walks my daughter through each step and checks on her throughout her adjustment (braces). She is the type of employee every pediatric facility wants and should hire! Huge thank you! Already seeing progress.

My boys have been patients here for the last 8 yrs. I absolutely love this office. They always see Dr. Ellis for their cleanings, awesome Dr! Today, my little one saw Dr. Molina, and I was more than happy with the way she treated my son. She was so sweet and patient with him! She joked around and sang to him the whole time. I am so so grateful for both these drs! Thank you!
