Horrible horrible horrible experience. Place deserves to be shut down. Dont go there or deal with John in any way, for any reason. Ever.

I had to have my engine rebuilt on my Carrera 4s and took it to John. They had my car for over 8 months and when I got the call it was ready for pick up I had it transported to Vegas where I was living. As I was getting it off the truck and started the car it was knocking so bad that I hurried and turned off the car. Called John and he said to bring the car back. Transported it back to Phoenix and 2 months later was told it was ready. Repeated the same process and it ran fine for a month. Started having problems with the check engine light and it running really bad. I called John and again took it back to him. We have repeated this about 4 times now and I have videos of how bad the engine sounds each time if anyone would like I will send it to you. The last time I spoke with John he said to disconnect the battery for 30 minutes. I guess that will repair the engine lol. If I knew that I could have saved a lot of money. Anyway now John won’t return calls or text messages so I am going to give this to my attorney and go the legal route. John had alway been really nice to deal with but I believe they just don’t know what’s wrong and how to fix it so instead he decided to ignore me. Wrong choice on his part. I’ve owned my business for over 30 years and I take care of my clients and he will also.
