25 I went with intentions of getting a higher end stump jumper (4K-$5K range) and was basically shunned as if I wasn't a real buyer. Our entire family rides and my son races. One of the sales guys looked put off that day and was speaking to another person rather rudely. Later I found out it was the owner. After a good 15 minutes of being in the shop without so much as a hello by anyone, I left with no bike, $5,000 in my pocket and not even a greeting. I have heard from people that bought there that the owner is rude and could care less if you are there or not, however the service guy is pretty decent.
I refuse to drop that much cash on a bike to be treated like I am supposed to feel privileged to be in the shop. There are plenty of other bike shops in Phoenix. The owner needs a serious class in customer service or should just stay in the back room and do the accounting and ordering. I ended up with a Pivot 429 and in the end I think the owner did me a favor as it is an awesome bike.
I heart this shop. The service is so professional & efficient. We rent mountain bikes from here every year for a Scout outing & it's always a great experience. Thank you!
Awesome service! Came in with a bike I had just bought for my son thinking it needed new tires, the young lady that helped me was super sweet. One of the guys took the bike, aired up the tires, fixed the chain (even took it back to shorten the chain) fix a couple other things for no price. It all took under ten minutes. I'm just upset I didn't get their names. I will definitely go back for all and any bike needs!

As a commuter I want service FAST.like today. There is no excuse for a bike shop saying "two plus half weeks" on a wheel true. (because our main guy is in California right now) the phuc? ! #notimpressed
This is a a shop for moneybound posuers.
Yeah, drop 3G on a new bike, they may be nice to you.but this ain't the neighborhood friendly kinda store.
