Exhaust Works reviews
7Needed a catalytic converter replaced. They took me in on short notice and turned it around within 2 hours. Now my beater truck is running with a spring in its step. No BS, half the price I was quoted somewhere else, double the value due to the mechanic taking the time to explain everything to me and how everything worked. Will be coming back with whatever comes up. Highly recommend
We had a catalytic converter replaced from them that has failed after 14 months. The warranty should be 5 years on a major emission control component per the EPA. The lady who took our call didnt want a vin number, license plate, or even the insurance claim number. Her method of looking up the service record was to ask me who from the dealership had dropped off the car. I am waiting for a call from the EPA to make a formal complaint about it. I have yet to receive a call back regarding whether she has found the records. If you search theIr reviews there are quite a few one stars for this same issue with faulty catalytic converters.
Had my muffler replaced and they were great! Very knowledgeable, nice, and their prices were super reasonable!
Such kind customer service and really great work on my car! The mechanic was a total sweetheart and I always appreciate that because it’s not uncommon for women to get talked down to or treated rudely when they come alone to any car repair shop. I felt very comfortable and respected. 10/10
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Be careful with these guys. I took my truck to replace the catalytic converter which he did but he cut off the tail of my exhaust (muffler), probably thinking I wouldn’t notice and expecting me to come back with them to spend another $300 or $400 more.
Replaced my catalytic converter. Great job. Final bill was below the original estimate. Work was done promptly and according to appointment. Thanks to Bonnie and the crew.
