We love our office @ Expansive.we downsized during COVID and enjoy the complex environment, great coffee, friendly and helpful staff (Ryan & Griffin) and the nice touches such as BBQ's, Holiday celebrations and occasional surprise goodies in the kitchen.

Griffin and the Expansive Staff have been amazing! Easy move in process and great support. My team loves the property and it's amenities!

We moved into Expansive the end of 2021 and have experienced nothing but attentive management and staff. The common areas are well kept and the community events managed by Griffin and Ryan are so fun! Definitely recommend if you're on the hunt for office space (plenty of suite options).

This complex is a wonderful environment to work within each day. The campus is beautiful and well-maintained. Our clients comment quite often about the picturesque patio and landscaping. The staff, namely Ryan and Griffin, are always available to assist with any issue big or small. For example, when someone requests faxed documents, because what average person knows how to work a fax anymore? (;
Luckily, Griffin is our expert on that. Griffin goes above and beyond to reward the tenants with fun activities, like Easter egg hunts, or tasty treats in the lounge. Ryan is continuously accommodating to our clients with directions to suites, aiding document signing meetings as a witness, and having a cheery disposition. The Expansive employees are always hard at work. Overall, the atmosphere and staff make Cooper Crossing a destination for anyone seeking elevated office space and exceptional service. Our firm and our clients all agree.

I have been a tenant at Cooper Crossing for over a year, and I constantly used the conference rooms for several years prior to becoming a tenant.

The property is definitely great, but the staff is the main reason I've stayed here for so long. They are all very kind, helpful, and professional. As an attorney, I know my clients are in great hands if they need to go to the front desk for any reason.

I have had a suite here for about 6 years now. And even though it has always been a pleasant place to have a business office, it keeps getting better. The complex itself is very professional and kept in great shape. Which helps with the initial impression when a client comes in. But it's the daily things that Ryan Kelly and Griffin Perry does, which really puts Expansive over the top of any other complex. They are very professional when clients come in to the front reception area. But I really appreciate the little things they do for all the tenants. Weekly treats, decorations, and tenant appreciation events are unlike anything you'll see anywhere else. They go above and beyond to serve the tenants needs. Hopefully I'll be able to call Expansive Cooper Crossing home for many years to come!

Beautiful complex with SO many wonderful amenities and most importantly a wonderful management staff. Griffin & Ryan are always available and provide a fun and client focused environment.
