They have a horrible customer service. We have been buying our equipments from them since 2019. I got a freezer from which is still under warranty but they want me to call someone else to take care of the issue. They don’t even want to schedule an appointment to see what’s wrong with the freezer. They don’t care!

I wanted to give a big thanks to the staff at Expert Restaurant Supply, Tucson, AZ. My first contact was by phone asking about a piece of used equipment. I am not affiliated with any restaurant. Their phone person was so pleasant and helpful. Two days later I went to the store to buy the item. I did not get the name of the man that helped me but he was fantastic. Their was a slight mixup at first but he assured me “ no problem, I’m here to help you get what I need”. This is the place to go.
