I think Reyna has a lot of sales and customer service experience to gain. I advise, if you buy a car off them, please dont be fooled by the prices they advertise online. They mislead you by offering financing for the online advertised price. Once you get a quote, and they present you a contract, please read the contract, they add at least $1000 to the price you saw online, and at least $xxxx in fees and another $xxx. 00 for registration for 1 year.soo in the end, that car you saw for $12k.after a $3200 down payment, you will still owe $15000 and for 4 years.doesnt matter how good of a credit score you have. Reyna seems to be the owners only sales agent, and i think she has a lot to learn.i like the car i purchased, just not a fan of the hidden fees and Reynas lack service.o she also asked me to put down a $500 deposit to secure the purchase of a car. She strongly suggested i Zelle her $500 in order to hold it because someone was there (convieniently) wanting to buy the car that day.weird, because the car i purchased had been sitting on their lot for 59 days.and all of a sudden someone wants to buy it? I zelled her the money and she recieved it immediately. Zelle is an instant transactiin and there is literally no wait time.she didnt even apply it to the purchase of the car, and took her a week to Zelle it back to me, and also, me buying 1 car off them, resulted in 3 inquiries that affected my credit.when i asked Reyna about this she told me it wasnt her fault, and to call the bank.and when i called the bank they said it wasnt their problem and to contact EXPO AUTO SALES.im giving Reyna 1 star. Expo Auto is just a dealership on the south side next to a food bank. Beware, Reyna, btw, you also told me that the tint on the car was done by your "in house" tint guy, but you sent me the pictures of the car when your boss bought the car from the auction.it had tin and the windows werent damaged at all.t. You lied to me and said it was new tint.what else y'all telling lies about over there? Also, Reyna never explained tye contract.she presented me the contract and stayed quiet. I skipped to the most important part.the fees.and when i looked through them, i saw it all and asked about the extra $1000 misc.fee.she then said she had to add it to the price because the price i saw online was a "cash only" price.if i wouldnt have asked, Reyna wouldnt have mentioned anything.the way i saw it, was after 3 credit inquiries and i already had to much thought invested into this sale i just bought the car anyways.happy with the car.not happy with the customer service.i will not be going back to Expo.ever. READ THE CONTRACT and check how many inquiries they make during the process.
