Express-Pak WE ARE OPEN, Phoenix AZ

Support a business that existed before UPS Stores were even an idea.
They have helped me do everything from document copies, notarizing, printing and faxing to shipping nearly all my clothes from Phoenix to the other side of the country. I have always gotten good service here and they even remember my name. I had a UPS store the same distance as Express-Pak from where I lived and I always chose Express-Pak because of the service. If it's a little more in cost it's been worth it. I wish them the best!

This place is a joke, for one the middle aged lady doesn’t know or care what she’s doing! The old man who claimed was the owner reeked of alcohol, forget this place just go down the street where the REAL ups store is at. You’ll get a better price and won’t have to put up with rude behavior. This place should close its doors for good!

This is twice I have been here with absolutely no help. Fed ex here doesn't ship out or even touch billable stamp items. The Ups doesn't have a scanner to print from barcodes. Will not be coming back to this location again. This is twice I've waisted my time. The people who work here could care less.
