Extra Space Storage, Oro Valley AZ

Trying to find an RV parking spot in Tucson is like trying to find the Holy Grail. Chris at Extra Space Storage on Oracle Rd in Oro Valley deserves 10 stars! He was able to accommodate my small RV for the next month. I was delighted. Every storage place I called was full, and they were not very pleasant on the phone. Probably too many calls. Chris was the opposite. He was very polite and went out of his way to help me. Thank you!

Chris took the time to walk me around the property with no pressure sales pitch. Ended up renting a space just because of the location and friendly service.

Tristan was the one helping us and he was amazing. We drove 22 hours and have had some trouble along the way. We were able to get the last unit in our budget and he worked hard to make sure we could have it. Very satisfied ️

Extra Space Storage is your place to store your belongings. My husband and I have been using this facility for the last three years and we could not be happier with this company. Chris, the store manager is great, professional and friendly. He is very attentive and quick to answer any questions. We love the location and facility is very clean with great security. We would highly recommend!

Michelle at oro valley location has been a wonderful help.i am not from here and needed last min storage space. She was honest friendly and professional. She was helpful explaining all the details and i never felt like she was pushy! (like the other places I called) Grateful in Oro Valley!

Chris is awesome! I shipped my sportscar from Massachusetts to Tucson last week and needed a safe place to store it until I can get it back to Southern California, and even though it is a short term rental Chris found me a great unit with the first month free! From my experience, Chris and his staff are honest and aim to provide the best service. I highly recommend this place. 5 stars!

Chris and his staff are the best. Courteous, helpful and professional! Ive been a customer for years now and have never had an issue. My biggest concern when I needed storage was access and insects. Great accessibility and not one bug found in either of my storage units! Keep up the great work!
