F21 XXI, Chandler AZ

They have large sizes and tiny sizes but nothing that will fit me. I'm 4'11 and middlesized. I found 1 pair of jeans, but I am going to have to cut a foot off of them I had to buy them to try them on because their fitting rooms are closed. They do have cute clothes though.

Probably would have bought a lot more of we could have used the dressing rooms. I know it's a safety issue, I'm just saying. We ended up buying some of the things we thought we wanted, going to a different store and trying them on, then immediately returning the things we didn't like. Half the things we would have potentially bought in a different size but didn't want to go through the hassle. Let me know when I can use the dressing rooms again and I'll be back!

I didn't like my experience at this location worst customer service ever. The manager was so rude and unprofessional and will never go here again.

I Love their Style, they have Beautiful n Classy Clothes for young gurls, kinda of pricy but Beautiful n Everyone was so nice n Courteous n wearing their Masks Good Job ️

I have always loved this store. It has changed so much from when I was a teen. The store in the Chandler mall is huge! Right now they have amazing deals. I got 2 ankle bracelets for $4.99 and an awesome necklace for $2.99 their close are always changing

Love this store! Great fashion, amazing prices! Dressing 3 daughters- all in their own style -at a reasonable $$$. I always park near so I can at least walk through when I visit the mall.

Just called to inquire about a product. Was told they won’t do a product lookup because it’s the weekend and it’s too busy. Who says that to a customer?

Plus sized women do not want a range of bizarrely patterned potato sacks, forever 21. WE WANT YOUR REGULAR LINE IN PLUS SIZES.

Good selection for sport clothes. Love the earrings good price. Shoes are cheap material and over $35 bucks. Cosmetics are also cheap but not samples. They do carry plus sizes. Good customer service.

I like this store its has a great selection of clothes. I wish the store was a little nicer the fitting rooms are rather gross but you can't beat the prices and the associates are really helpful.

The manager on duty was rude her tone with me was unprofessional and she refused a return for $12.47 due to tags off and opened packages. I informed her of the poor quality of the products and that I wanted my money back. You can't know a product's quality without trying it out. She told me she was the manager and that she could not authorize the return and gave me the associate line phone number as the number I requested was Corporate Office. I will not be purchasing from forever21 ever again. The quality of products are extremely poor and cheaply made. If I could give a rating of zero stars I would.

So I purachsed a pair of boots.within weeks the sole was worn. I purchased them on a credit card anf was told I could exchange them.drove 35 miles to be told they werent going to look on the computer for my purchase even though I had bought them weeks ago.the manager was a total snooty b.so.be sure to check the quality before you buy anyyhing here.

The lady that helped me at the register was just rude! Great store just horrible coustumer service.

Called because the San tan store was awesome and looked up an item for me - they didn't have it but this store did. Called and was put on hold. After being on hold for five minutes I asked if she could look it up for me and she said "we can't look anything up right now with this line so you can come on and we'll see if we have any left. " No thanks. I'll only be shopping at San tan from now on, at least they were helpful and treated me like a customer.

The cleanest Forever 21 in the valley, the customer service has its good & bad days but the managers always try to be fair to the customers. It's a big store with so many cute clothes & amazing deals! Love love love
