F45 Training Northeast Tucson

I was a member here January-June 2022 before I moved out of state. I still cannot find a studio that even resembles this one. The owner, managers, coaches, and members make this a true community. Everyone is so positive and they push you to be your best. These studios do the little things great too. The cold towels, the decorations, the outside gym community events, the merch, and the cleanliness of the studio make every penny count in this membership!

Absolutely fabulous studio!

I’ve been to eight different F45 studios, in three states, with well over 400 workouts in. F 45 at Northeast Tucson, is my favorite-favorite-favorite!

My first try at a fitness program like this and it was, in my opinion, very successful. A big THANK YOU to Mica and 'Alicia and the other trainers that were instrumental in helping me fit in and enjoy the program, without embarrassing myself too much, especially in the beginning. Hopefully, they will have the noon and 3;45 classes back in the fall. Highly recommend F45 and the Northeast Tucson studio.

For someone completely out of shape and with very little knowledge about working out I have to say I am loving my experience at F45 Northeast. The staff is so encouraging, the workouts are challenging and the environment is electric. Definitely highly recommend!

The Northeast location is awesome! The coaches are really friendly and always look to push you while keeping your form and safety in mind. The gym is clean and the equipment is well kept. When I’ve had to go to work right after a workout I’ve used the shower and they were great! I would highly recommend joining.

I can’t say enough good things about this facility. After three babies in three years, focusing on myself and my own health slowly slipped away. It was time for a change but I lacked the motivation until I stepped foot inside these doors. Love the staff, love the members, and LOVE the energy! So thankful my best girl convinced me to take this leap. Thank you F45!

I've been a member for about 6 months. The F45 training concept is solidly based in science. The staff at the NE location is spot on; motivating, knowledgeable, upbeat and thorough.

Awesome workouts, awesome staff, awesome music! I tried F45 on a 7day pass& was hooked! Every day is a new workout, challenging & motivating!

I love F45! It’s functional and keeps the body guessing. As a fitness instructor it’s wonderful to come to a class already planned out, allowing me to be locked in and focused on myself. The instructors are exceptional and enthusiastic, which gets the people going. Also the music is fire! I tell everyone about F45, I hope they continue growing and popping up all over the world!

Every workout is unique and challenging. The trainers provide great communication regarding proper technique and form to maximize your results. They are also motivating and never judgmental. I have only been going for 6 weeks and I am already seeing results. I have also made some great friends. We push each other to do better and be better. Overall, a great experience thus far and I look forwarding to seeing what I can push this body to do in the future.
