I'm an F45 member in Cambridge and had the pleasure of getting a workout in at the Old Town location while on vacation in Scottsdale. Felt just like home! The trainers were so welcoming and the space was inviting. I truly love the F45 community!
I visited this F45 from out of town and was very impressed. Cherie was very kind at accommodating me and my family and we had a great visit to this location. Everyone was very friendly and it was very easy to book. Can’t wait to visit again!
I’ve struggled to find a gym that I like that I would stick with or knowing what to do when I would go to the gym. I’m so happy I joined F45 because I feel motivated to go 4-5 days a week and the trainers are amazing! The classes are awesome and everyone is really welcoming. I would highly recommend joining!
On vacation with my family and we wanted to get our workouts in. Nadia and Sean were welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. The workout pushed us while having fun. Great vibes and incredible playlist. It’s 100% worth checking out!
Finished my 3rd week of classes at F45 in Old Town Scottsdale. I really enjoy the workouts, staff, and members. This location has a great atmosphere and fun culture. The work out sessions and formats are very good! I like the functional training built in to all the routines. Great workout for my body!
