We had the most horrible time with this company. Upon placing our order for a drape in our guest bathroom we were promised to have it done before Thanksgiving, then before the beginning of December, then set up date before Christmas, then again before the New Year. We made many calls and could never get a call back from Yuri our salesperson or the store manager the one star I gave it was one star too many. As of this date 2/14/23 I still haven’t heard from anyone at Fabric Depot.

If you’re looking for ideas for home décor, don’t look no more, this shop has it galore. Since moving to the Valley some years ago, we’ve visited Fabric Depot countless times for ideas, technical assistance, styles, products, fabrics (of any kind) and an incredible staff that will know everything you’ll need to know to get your home interior how you want it. We’ve found everything from reupholstering fabric for a couple of specialty chairs, our re-doing our bar high backs, to drapery and valance how-to, shades and shade parts, proper tools, as well as all those little objects and thingamajigs that help you do it. This shop is not only brimming with a great selection of quality products, but you get extraordinary assistance, service and knowledge to go with it. We keep coming back, because there is no other like them under our Valley Sun. Kudos Fabric Depot Crew!

This place is the best fabric store I've been in. I don't know what clothing fabrics they carry, if any. I'f you are looking for upholstery leather and material and supplies this is the go to place. Bear, Cave Creek AZ

Interesting store with huge variety of fabric, carpet and accessories, couple of years ago I bought outdoor curtains now I can tell they will last more two years for their UV proof and water repellent.

Went to see if they had outside patio fabric to repair my chairs. Happy to report that they have many patterns to choose from.

Not thrilled with the lack of customer service.tried to purchase 4 custom made drape panels and was told they woud have samples sent out. After 2 weeks and no samples, we called in again and said still have not received them and asked for any shipment tracking numbers. Was told we would get them shortly. After another 2 weeks, we were told that getting us the samples was NOT a priority and that they had more important things to do. Then we were told they were going to cancel our sample requests. If this is how they treat their customers, I am glad I found out now, rather than after giving them the $2500 or so for the drapes! BUYER BEWARE OF THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had great experience several years ago when we had a large number of cushions made. I was professionally treated, lady helped select fabric, made suggestion to how many I needed; she wrote up order, gave her deposit and out of the store. Saturday, February 26 was a different story. We went in store, gave size of a cushion we needed made, found some fabric and took to front desk (the young lady who helped us on fabric was very nice). However, the "young woman we were told was store manager, was rude, rude, rude. The fabric we picked wasn't big enough so we were sent to find something else. We found some fabric on a roll (more then what was needed, but it was ok). Others were coming in the store and we were kind of left hanging. We asked if we could move forward to order as the Store Manager had written on a piece of paper how much fabric was needed. We just couldn't get an answer from from anyone at first. Then we were told they needed to give us a quote (it was on the piece of paper already) and we would have to call to make an appointment to place order. Unbelievable! We traveled over an hour and this was a simple order for one bench cushion. We had the fabric just needed an order placed so we could give deposit. The Store Manager took the fabric and walked towards the back and said, "you leave; I don't want to do business with you". We have never been so insulted in our lives. My husband usually has patience of "job". This lady's expression was an ugly one. We are our mid 70's; my husband suffers from PTSD (Vietnam war) and I'm in process of dealing with cancer. We own a company ourselves and I can tell you that if one of employees treated a customer like we were treated, they would be walked to the door immediately. I had given friends and others the name of Fabric Depot as referral from our first experience. Never again nor would I ever step foot in your facility without an apology and disciplined of this Store Manager.

Terrible customer service. I dropped off an heirloom chair for recovering on Dec 30,2021 and was promised completion within 3-4 weeks. It is now March 22,2022, and no chair. Worse than that, they will not tell me where the chair is, and when I call, they insist the person I need to talk to is not there. When I leave a message they NEVER call back. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

They were extremely rude when I came in. Looking for a specific fabric and the cashier when it's far too mock me when I didn't know what I was talking about. They got fabrics yeah but customer service straight zero. Will never go here again

The headrest on my sofa was deteriorating. I visited Fabric Depot to purchase material to make covers. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing knowledge and customer service I received. I needed additional help with purchasing velcro and guidance in how to make it adhere. Again I went to Fabric Depot and got all my questions answered.
This store is The Best! Thank you so much for everything.

Prices are better elsewhere and customer service is terrible. I got no help or even acknowledgement on 2 occasions i went in.

This is the best place in town for a huge selection of indoor and outdoor fabric, beautiful trims, anything related to furniture, I even saw a huge selection of chair legs in different styles. They re-stuffed two of my high end sofas and did a beautiful job. The reupholstering of my patio sectional cushions was amazing! Their designer Jesus is so helpful with an outstanding eye for color and design. He promised a good turnaround time and they were quick redoing 20 or so cushions and pillows. I was afraid I was going to have to trash my rattan sectional because I thought it would be too expensive to reupholster. What a happy surprise to find some fun, cheerful turquoise fabric for seat cushions and pillows and turquoise/white swirly fabric for the back cushions. Completely popped a really, really boring patio set! Next up I want them to reupholster two of my favorite comfy chairs that have very dated fabric. I am also going to schedule an in home design consultation for drapes for my new house. Love this place!

Best place ever to buy fabrics for upholstery, drapes, and do much more. It's super clean, organized, they're very friendly, knowledgeable and treat you with the highest regard. It's huge and their selections are too. Easy parking. Highly recommend The Fabric Depot.

I have contacted this company 3 times in the last year and set an appointment for a designer to come and measure for custom curtains. Three times the appointment was missed by their designer for various reasons. I called to confirm the latest appointment and they told me that the designer has been out the whole week and may not come back. Nobody called me. I scheduled my whole day around this appointment and had to wait 2.5 weeks. When I got a little upset by this news because they have wasted my time 3 times now, the person in turn got upset with me. They are too busy and not professional. I will go further and say they do not care.

The team is very polite and supportive. There's a lot of cloth and other things to look at. I found some cool prints for the man cave and the bohemian bed.
