Fairmont Scottsdale Princess

I’ve called over a week now and left multiple messages trying to change my ticket for the Christmas event at the princess. Every time no one helps me I get sent to voicemail leave a message and never hear back. I’m out $80 for a stupid ticket because no one can do their job. Very distasteful customer service.

I have had the pleasure of working with Rob Anderson the Director of Catering for many years and on many different events. I have always had great experience with his team and office and they are always easy to work with to plan our company events. The ease of the planning process and amazing customer service always has me coming back or recommending them to others. They truly do offer a high quality and unforgettable dining experience and I am truly confident in their ability to help execute a wonderful event. Rob has taken the time to build a long-lasting relationship with us and I continue to enjoy working with him and his team.

We had our rehearsal dinner at La Hacienda in April and couldn't have asked for a more perfect evening. Their patio space is insanely beautiful, the food is amazing and their margaritas are divine! Rob Anderson coordinated everything for us and couldn't have asked for a better or smoother experience. Would recommend the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess to anyone looking for an amazing resort experience!

I WOULD NOT stay here in December. Nice property but the Xmas music DJ at the skate rink is BLARING in my room from 5-10 pm every night. Here for work. Called front desk. Told a manager would speak to me but no one has. Yes I am being a Karen but it’s SOO loud and rooms are expensive. Impossible to go to bed before 10: 30 pm. DO not stay here especially for business.
Hey manager call me! Got the trolly dinging it’s bell out the living area window abs the blaring DJ the front door side. It’s a sound overload nightmare. A hotel room should be clean and peaceful. I feel like a carnival puked inside a Walmart and I am sitting in the middle.

Alana totally made our experience 10/10 she was so tentative and had great suggestions. The Igloos were soooooo fun! It was such a vibe and was so pretty! Definitely recommend. Ask for Alana!

This is the second time we've done the "Christmas at the Princess" and we loved it both times. The resort has definitely put a ton into making this a great experience.

Couple of things to note to make sure you have the best time:
- get there early (5 at the latest I'd say). The reason is the line for the train can be over an hour and the same for the ferris wheel! Parking is hard to find too if you show up late so that's another reason
- make sure you get a kit to make s'mores. It's a great time especially with kids.

All in all.a job very well done by the Princess resort. Keep it up!

Not a review on the hotel, but the holiday event.
Paid $14 (plus tip) to get the WRONG drinks. Then had to pay an extra $5 to get a 12 oz water bottle. Usually I don't write negative reviews, especially for prices, but this was way too crazy. Save your money and go to a drive through light show with your own drinks/ snacks.

The team at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is over the top. We hosted a cabana hospitality suite and it went off without a hitch. Special shot-out to Rob Anderson and team for being so amazing to work with!

Amazing, the entire festival was well planned and Amazing lighting display. The price for 4 was well worth it.

Spectacular light presentation and so much to see on the beautifully lit grounds. I am thinking about going back again before Christmas to enjoy the evening all over again. Fun for the entire family. Makes you feel young again.

Great experience with the family. Kids loved the slide and ferris wheel. The smores and mini campfires they had throughout were really nice.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the incredibly expensive price to ice skate. $40 per person feels extremely excessive.

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is in a unique class of resorts by itself! I have never stayed at a resort that is so dedicated to such a family destination experience. Rob Anderson and the whole Fairmont staff is bar none the best customer service I have experienced!

Excellent accommodations. Every detail in check. Phenomenal experience from pleasure to travel to Rob Anderson helping out with group events for my company. Love the Fairmont Princess! Hands down best resort in Scottsdale no comparison.

What a fabulous property for families looking for a vacation. Definitely geared to making sure there is something for everyone. Our group had 3 generations and each person had a blast. We particularly enjoyed the Christmas at the Princess festivities.
