An excellent Mechanic Business; the staff is truly professional and most polite when visiting in person. Shoutout to Brent, a truly excellent mechanic who really knows his stuff when it comes to mechanical/electrical knowledge. The staff is very good at keeping up with any insurance companies for repairs and are truthful and honest with their clients. I speak from first hand experience working along side the Family Auto/Truck team on my own repairs with my 2014 Chevy Cruze so far and they have displayed fair, honest, and high level professionalism and dedication! Edit: 12/02/2022 - Had an Excellent Experience at Family Auto/Truck! The Staff is Friendly, Professional and Masterfully Knowledgeable on Mechanical Repair! Shout Out to Cindy for her Great Receptionist Service and Brent for his Incredible Mechanical Service and Skill! They were able to get a hold of my Vehicle Repair Insurance Company and took care of the whole process. They were Honest and Upfront the whole entire process through! Now my 2014 Chevy Cruze is running exceptionally better and more efficiently! Keep up the Excellent Service Family Auto/Truck Team! Recommend for over 10 Years now!

When I had my accident, the folks at Family Auto helped me in so many ways. Chance was so detailed and helped me with the whole process. He explained each step with so much patience and kindness and really made me feel like he had my best interest at heart. Joey and Brian are truly the best in town.they are honest and do wonderful work.their team is truly a family and when you are there you are treated as family.

Light body work needed to be done, standard 2015 Ford Focus. It has been 3 weeks no phone call no updates, it was suppose to be done 8 days ago. I have been paying extra for a rental car. Still no word as to when my car will be done. I feel like they are holding my car hostage. I an very disappointed in the timeliness of this job and no communication. How do I get my car back?

Staff was friendly but the quality of work was horrible and over priced and they left black glue or tar like stuff all over the passenger seat, also the cab had sanding dust inside. They also did a alignment witch was not needed and ended up making it worse I had to take it to another shop and the did not understand why they replaced what they did like they were just trying to sell the extra. But they just made things worse.

On the phone & in person, everyone that assisted me was professional & courteous. Chance handled my case with the insurance company above & beyond my expectation. Chance kept me informed of communication with the insurance company & progress on my car. The work on my car was extremely high quality & completed within the projected time period. I highly recommend Family Auto.

Took my 2017 Hyundai Accent to this place after my wife was rear ended and have been pleased with the level of professionalism from Brent and the rest of the staff. They have the customers well-being in mind when they work on vehicles.

Family Auto has great service, good prices, they are professional and kept in constant contact with me. I had my F150 hit by another driver and their car insurance company progressive was trying to cut corners in my car rental and repairs, Brent at family auto helped me out tremendously he advocated with progressive to get things done right, he was always keeping me up to date on repairs and always returned my calls, if your looking for a good place to get your car fixed this is the place!
