Family First Physicians reviews
8Was in an accident last year, my hands hurt and they told me in time it would get better. Went to another doctor and found I had broken bones in both hands. Calling the office is a nightmare, takes about 20 mins to get someone and when you do they act like you are ruining their day. I don’t understand how this place is still open.
I was very upset after seeing Christopher Castillo. He didn’t listen to me. I had to repeat myself multiple times. Didn’t even listen to my lungs. Seemed in a rush and didn’t really even care. Then you also have to deal with a “student” np before he even comes in. Ended up going to urgent care and being diagnosed with pneumonia. I don’t think this guy really even knows what he’s doing. Also.he’s not even a MD. He just likes to tell the patients he is. What a nightmare!
This is the only doctors office where you can usually get same day appointments. I see Eliane she always takes her time and really listens to my concerns. Her medical assistant is also wonderful. With returning calls. Plus they have a sonora quest lab in there office.
Scheduled us with wrong provider, failed to tell me to be here 30 minutes early since it’s my first visit (I got here 15 minutes early and was told they might have to reschedule me) then the MA literally rolled her eyes and sighed right there in the lobby when I gave her the answer for the reason for the visit which she insisted on me telling her in detail in the lobby where people could clearly hear me. How embarrassing and unprofessional
Good luck getting an appointment or even the phone being answered. This facility was listed as a preferred provider for my mother's assisted living facility. I have tried over and over to get a mobile appointment for her and am always told "we'll call back" which they never do. They need to remove themselves from listings as a mobile service.
The doctors there don't care about their patients from what I've experienced. Both doctors I've seen have an attitude. They don't help you. All they are capable of is a referral to another doctor. I will switch and find a doctor that actually care about their patients.
It's obviously not a phone a physician, and in a world where lines are deliberately shifted and blurry, there is no reason to use metaphoric terms and borrowing the gravitas of the terms family and medical to try and sound pushy.
We an a humanity have done enough to scare young adults into feeling like constant sexualization is the norm. It's not true, but they need us to be extra clear, not less. The intent is clear, and it is removed.
