Famous Footwear, Tucson AZ

I was in the store a few days ago and was asked several times if I needed help and when I did I was made aware of what the sale included and excluded. The cashier was super helpful with which sale/coupons would save me the most. I also purchased a pair of shoes online that they didn’t have in the store. The shoes came today from another store in AZ but we’re the wrong ones. I stopped by and both managers working were super helpful and fixed the order seamlessly. I would highly recommend this store for selection and customer service.

Decent selection, good prices. Store associates helpful but not on top of you. Clean store. Well organized. Tons of parking.

The manager there was very rude she stereo typed me from the door and for no reason she refused me service I really think she needs to take some classes for customer service. Then she refused to tell me the reason why. I was appalled at the fact that I've never done nothing to this female ever. I would never recommend this location to anyone ever. Very rude and unacceptable

Not enough help. Bought 3 pairs of shoes they had an ad up for buy 1 get 1 50% off but failed to say which brands did not participate. Im cutting my credit card up and will shop elsewhere!

This is our go-to shoe store in Tucson. We love the convenient location, the great selection of shoes and sizes, and the staff is always so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend if you need any type of shoes! They also have a decent clearance section if you're looking for a good deal!

My wife wanted to go shopping there and she wasn't happy with the variety of footwear. The staff was helpful.

Not enough inventory. They have only a few choices, very limited sizes. Maybe they are going to close this store.

I went into get a new pair of shoes and I haven't worn actual shoes in several years, and a sales associate that I worked with, listened and understood what I was telling her about my walking and things like that, due to my MS, then she found exactly what I needed and I've been happy ever since, I will definitely go back!

Make sure you stop here first before hitting the Mall. I went to Parkplace first looking for a specific pair of Dodger Blue Nikes and they were all sold out. Stopped at Famous Footwear and not only did they have the shoe I was looking for, but they had them in all sizes at 30$ cheaper than the mall would have sold them.
