I've been going here for a few months and it"s generally been okay. Today was interesting, I did an acrylic full set with a gel overlay by Ari. The full set is advertised as $40. She charged me $60; $40 + $15 for gel overlay which I was never told about and $5 for the shape? Definitely creative pricing going on, be sure to ask about all charges because they are not posted clearly.

I have been coming her since the beginning of the year. I love Mai, she is the best! She does my nails perfect every time. She is awesome with special request and cool design.

Got my nails done on 8/9. They were fine, Joy did a good job with the shape and aesthetics. After 4 days my nail cracked in half folding laundry- Went in, the owner "fixed it", but I noticed the odd lines in my nails when I got home, which were cracks and on 8/19 two other nails broke. The quality was poor, but the experience was nice. I don't have time to drive 45 minutes for them to poorly "fix" my nails again - I had to go spend another $50 somewhere else to get them all fixed. My friend who came with me had the same issues. I hope they do better for everyone else. Wont be back, and that's a bummer because they are so nice.

Have been coming here since 2018 and been satisfied with quality of services until recently. It's usually very busy and while they take walk ins I always schedule an appointment. My last two appointments with my regular person she was 30 and 35 minutes late. The first time she was GETTING HER OWN NAILS DONE when I walked in. I had another appointment after this one and let her know. She sanded the skin off my front toe with the electric filer and when I flinched and pulled my toe back she did it again and drew blood.

The second time she was late I had scheduled a couples pedicure with my husband at his request. We had two appointments. His pedicure was completely finished while my person had not left her manicure station (she did not have a client). She was talking on the phone the entire time she did my pedicure. When we got in the car my husband said, "You need to find a new place. "

I gave them one last shot today. I scheduled an appointment with someone else and arrived five minutes early. I checked in to let them know I was there and that I had a 12pm appointment and who it was with. The owner tried to give me my old person. I said no, the appointment is with XXX. At 12: 30 my old person came over and I let her know I had an appointment with someone else. She said that person had a client (she did not.the person I was scheduled with was texting at her manicure station). When I left the person I was scheduled with was still at her station with no client.

Today I am done. I've already found two other nail salons with good reviews to try.

Clean. Staff was friendly and did an EXCELLENT job on my cuticles and nails (despite them being short!). I liked sitting "in the round" where I felt like I could see what was going on. Pretty decorations as well and reasonably priced. All around, a great experience.

Visited Fancy Nails on Greenway today after calling ahead. They said to come over now instead of making an appointment. I arrived within 3 minutes of calling. I walked in and waited at the front desk. Different workers checked people out, looked my way while another lady sat in the waiting area. The doors were open, and the temp was about 79-80 degrees inside, a little too warm for my taste. At no time did anyone address me, welcome me or talk to me. I waited patiently, moved aside for someone to check out and again they helped that patron and went back to working with someone else. I went at the recommendation of a friend; however, I chose not to give them my business today. With so many options in nail salons within 1 mile, I chose to go to a place that smiles, greets its potential clients and asks how they can help. Customer service is important to me. They prefer cash not credit cards. I was prepared to honor their request but not at the expense of poor service. This was my first impression. I hope this is rare and not the norm. Everyone has a bad day.

Meticulous, exceptionally clean. Always updating their decor and ways to do the services. They even have a separate person who cleans the bowls and stations after each client. I've been a customer for more than 15 years at this salon.

Mai did amazing work! I love my nails, she took her time and painted all the hearts by hand.

I have mad appointments for my mom and I. Arrived and told the young girl that we have appointments and this is my name. She said that she found us. Got to the chairs and 45 minutes later asking what's going on? How come no one comes to us and ignoring us. Manager simply said we are walk ins and they are busy. After I explain to him that we made appointments, he said that we aren't in the book. The young girl lied in my face that she never found us. While they had line of customers waiting to be seated, and they sat us in frontof all of them. Becausewe had appointment.
It was my mom's birthday present and we had different appointments after.
I drove 45 minutes to get there because it was near my mom house. We left and these guys didn't even care. Extremely poor service and unorganized.

They answered the phone so rudely and then continued to disappoint me with a complete lack of customer service that I had scheduled my appointment but I then called them back to cancel and I got hung up on. Maybe if you don't get an attitude when I gave my name to which he argued with me about"you said Lauren not lala", 1 obviously I know I have a little bit of an accent that's why I spelled it out to him but 2 why argue with the customer? So I'm not sure I would ever give them another chance to be like that to me but I like to try more than once cuz I believe in second chances. Maybe it was just a bad day

Prices are too high. For a fill and painted toe nails paid $60. Most other places it would have been $40. Staff not friendly (man)

I’ve been going to Fancy Nails for at least ten years and have been satisfied with every visit. Friendly staff, clean, accommodating, and just an overall great experience every time. I love this place! Special mention for Tau who I almost always book with. She’s so sweet and takes time to do the job right every single time. Thank you Tau! ️

Came here with my family. Had Joy as my nail expert. As a man didn't make me feel wierd about it! Would definitely recommend!
