Employees are incredibly rude and unhelpful.this store doesn’t have a wide collection, shop online to avoid rude workers who obviously hate their job.

Never made it in due to no mask and being stopped at the door by the cashier. Seriously!? The store was empty. Needless to say we left and took our business elsewhere.

For the most part I like this store. They have a great variety of products and good quality. They have lots of merchandise from toys, clothes and even batteries and they even give you coupons. I give this place a three because the clothes are not the best quality, and the styles are lacking. I was also extremely disappointed that as a paying costumer i was not able to use their restroom. The sales person said they had no public restrooms and I couldn’t quite understand what she meant since I was making a purchase. I really had an emergency and there was no other store near by I could stop by. I feel this “no public restroom” policy should change before there is a real emergency happening.

Be prepared to have your ID checked oh and your credit cards. Pricey as well I suggest doing the extra mile to another location my favorite. Hustler Hollywood

This place was huge one of the bigger types of this store that I have been too. They have an unreal selection. The staff was extremely helpful and i can not Express enough how good the selection of products was.

Great place, lot of selections. But the staff needs to keep an eye when people are ready to cash out and not have to wait for an employee to come to the front.

What a store! My wife and I visit this establishment often and I've never felt uncomfortable or pushed by the staff. Everyone there is really friendly and genuinely wants to help you find the perfect products for you and/or your partner. High quality products in store and they also have a great clothing selection. If you are looking to spice things up a bit, this is your destination.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great selection and great deals. The store is clean with enough space to not bump into other patrons awkwardly. Prices are on the high side compared to online offerings but coupons are plenty and stack-able most times which helps.

Great gift ideas for mom and the neighbor's wife too. I bought a mid size double ended dong for my mother and her bride, let's just say I'm the new favorite step son, sorry Andrew. I also got a clone a willy for my hot neighbor's Wife who is from Mexico and ever since then that Tijuana mama has been smiling everytime I see her. This store brings Americans together. I've never had a bad experience at this location! The staff is really helpful and knowledge, but they can also be discreet. I really like the quality and selection they have here.

This place was amazing. All my questions were answered with ease and comfortably. The clothes runs small, especially the lingerie. Sorry girls. The people were very friendly and nothing ever felt weird. Great recommendations by the staff. I'll be going back again for sure. Oh! And it was super clean and really well organized.
