FastMed Urgent Care, Mesa AZ

The entire staff was very friendly, I was expecting to be there for hour's much to my surprise I was in and out in about an hour. I would highly recommend, if I ever need to go to an urgent care again this is the one I'm coming to. I am also telling all my friends, family and coworkers how great this place is

From start to finish, the absolute smoothest Urgent Care experience I have ever had. Patient flow is VERY efficient and quick without sacrificing quality. Definitely recommend.

The worst place ever, called to speak with the Dr.about wrong medication been on the phone for over 2 hours and finally lady name anna and another one her name frances hang up on my face and said i have to go back, called agian they transfer to voice message and still 12: 00 noon the vm saying they will call me back within 2 hours and i dont thing and one cares, fastmed NO ONE CARES and they hangup 2 time on my face, DONT go there.

The doctors are super nice and really good at what they do, however the time management is terrible. I came in with a cut finger, was literally bleeding out, in pain, and had to wait 2+ hours before I was seen. Turns out the front desk people put me on the waiting list rather than just telling the staff in the back that there was an emergency. They kept asking me “how bad is it? ” And asking each other if I should be moved to the top of the list or not. After having me wait outside for hours, I finally went back in to complain when a doctor in the lobby saw me and arranged to have me seen (this took under 2 minutes).

I had an appointment a week later to get my stitches removed at 11: 30am and wasn’t seen until 1: 30pm. After waiting an hour, my boyfriend went in to ask the receptionist and she told him she told me that there were 5 people ahead of me and I’d be waiting an hour. I was never told that, only that I should wait outside until I was called. I’m not sure what the hold up always is, but if you have a small emergency, I don’t suggest going here. I think the staff also needs a bit more training to be honest.

I wish I could give no stars, but the doctors were so great and attentive!

Staff was very nice when arriving to the W University clinic. I had an issue where other clinics would just do a quick drain which was not what I needed. Dr Steele took the time to explain the issue I have and referred me to a dermatologist which I should have went to from the start! Awesome and knowledgeable staff and would recommend to anyone needing services Fastmed provides.

Went in for employer UA and all things went smooooth. Staff was courteous, test was simple, wait wasn't long.

I checked in online, which is a great option, so my wait time in your agency was less than 15 minutes got a text 15 minutes before mg check in so got in so quickly. All emplyees very professional, welcoming, and, competent. Recei we proper diagnosis and meds. Better all ready.

Although I checked in online for my daughter and myself to be seen we waited for a while, but the front desk staff was very kind. The PA on staff that day was very friendly, informative and addressed my concerns. I had taken my daughter to another urgent care previously and the experience at FastMed was far more gratifying!

Was sick had no insurance got online signed in grabbed an Uber found out I had pneumonia got medicine home all within an hour good deal!

The receptionist La'Tonya was very friendly, fast and respectful. We had an issue with our insurance and she came out to talk to us more privately. She was very sorry that she could not help us at that moment. We ended up staying and paying the $119 for the basic office visit because she was so nice.
The office was clean and did not have the overbearing sanitizer smell (things I appreciate).

My 9 mo old daughter needed to be seen while we were on vacation. I was nervous to take her to a clinic I wasn’t familiar with. Everybody was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. We were in and out within an hour! They prescribed her medication and explained how to use it.

The staff was awesome, the wait was only 15 minutes before I was seen, and the Physician's Assistant Ms. Fizzah who examined me was very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure I got the equipment and the medication I needed to get me well and back to work. This is the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care. I gave it five stars!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Doctor took the time to figure out what I needed and made sure I was properly taken care of. I don’t know what I would’ve done without FastMed yesterday. I really needed help and help is what I truly received. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff I was just there for a drug test for my job very quick and professional clean I recommend this urgent Care to everyone

By far the WORST fastmed in the area. I was waiting for just about 2 hours just to piss in a cup. They need to staff more physicians to accommodate.

I took my son there and the service was great I give them 5 stars. Francine and the pa Sierra are awesome.

Always friendly, curteous & caring. I had 1 nurse be condescending recently, but I am not going to let her ruin my overall opinion of this Urgent Care. They are quick getting you in & out which is great when you are really sick.

Fastmed is a busy place, and the staff do great job, greeting people and getting you checked in right away. Thank you for all you hardwork to get us in and out.

We have been here for almost 3 hours and haven’t gotten my daughter checked yet! Front desk lady doesn’t advise anybody in how much of a wait it is or how much longer more until we get called in! Very unforofessional i’n her part instead of it being Fastmed it should be called slowmed you wait the same hours as if you went to a hospital and they don’t even have the same equipment or even close to giving the attention at the hospital!
