FastMed Urgent Care, Phoenix AZ

Checked in for covid testing and the nurses there are amazing, went through step by step with me for home self care treatment. Wait time was longer than expected however i didn't mind.

Visit" the little clinic" inside Fry's because you will save plenty of money. 66 ave. & Bell Rd.or 90th. Ave & Olive ave.

Very nice staff very attentive towards others. Very helpful. I had no problems the staff ppl are great. Good pleasent attitude. I was there about an hour they were pretty busy. I recommend Fast Med. Thank u very much

My experience started out rocky in the beginning but after speaking with the provider and hearing each other out, it got better. Also after calling my insurance about whatwe spoke about. I found out that I didnt need a referral for a specialist. Which was strange because my other doctors office was informed by my insurance, that I needed one. That was the only reason for me going to urgentcare because he wanted me to try and get images done, get check out, and ect because it could be a long process to get scheduled and etc. Luckly everything happens for a reason so I just hope they take what I stated and try to work better on not making a patient feel uncomfortable or so exposed.

Well when I arrive there this past Friday I was not feeling well at all I was imbalanced and just feeling disoriented somewhat and the staff there looked at me and did the basic help evaluation and decided that I will be better off going to the ER in a hospital and I chose Thunderbird and that's where they took me in a non emergency van everything was smooth and organized and there really were no more issues so I went on to Thunderbird to have further treatment that helped me out a lot thank you

I am very happy with the work they did with me. They attended us way faster than any other place we go to and the doctors were very friendly. The medication they prescribed was great!

Well, FastMed Urgent Care definitely one of the best cares around in my opinion. The staffs are professional and friendly and the doctors are so accurate in diagnosing symptoms. I would definitely recommend anyone there.

We were seen in a short amount of time and Provider Sherry Chacone PA-C was excellent. She was very patient and explained everything thoroughly.

Normally its clean, staff is friendly, the wait isn't extremely long. I normally be in an out about a hour. You can also check in online to speed up your wait time!

I love how efficient they are. I came in with strep thoat. It was hard for me to breathe and talk, and I had a fever. Right away I was taken back to get my vitals to make sure my breathing wasn't too bad. And I was taken back not long after, the doctor was really nice and very attentive. The place was very clean everybody was super nice and helpful I would definitely recommend anyone to come here.

I arrived when they opened at 8 am. They gave me a tablet to fill out with information that was easy to use. The PA saw me within 30 minutes and diagnosed quickly and correctly with acute bronchitis. She called in prescription to my pharmacy for Claritin, prednisone and doxycycline which I was able to pick up an hour later. Kaitlin Buss, the PA is very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend FastMed.

Staff and providers were very friendly. Check in was easy and when I got seen the provider was very friendly and thorough. I have been before but not as a patient and I would go back if I ever needed too!

FastMed Urgent Care on Indian School Rd and 51st ave was awesome. I was there at 6pm and was seen at 6: 10pm back at home by 7pm. It was clean and the office people as well as the physicians in the back were all so nice and friendly. Thank You FastMed Team Your doing a great job! I would recommend all my friends and family.

In Phoenix visiting my son an daughter-in-law for the birth of their daughter Samantha when I got sick. Closest to location was FastMed an they were wonderful

I received probably the best medical attention at FastMed Urgent care that anyone could ever get. Please, if you need medical attention and care go here. They are awesome!

I love this location. I love the PA Kaitlyn! She is amazing! Very genuine and accommodating naturally. Very professional and a great experience overall. MA Q was very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant!

I went in for lower back pain and the staff along with the doctor was very nice and helpful. I will be going back if I need to in the future.
