FastMed Urgent Care, Tempe AZ

Took over an hour for a drug test. There was zero sense of urgency, and the front desk associate was so rude to multiple people while I was waiting.

I got a test for COVID here because I need it to return to work, waited 2 days before I called back and they told me my visit wasn't processed correctly. Customer service is awful, staff really seems incompetent and like they hate their job. Don't expect a timely visit either, even if you schedule an appointment you'll likely take 45 mins or more here for a simple test. The provider takes upwards of 15 minutes to get to your room after your test so you have to wait even longer to leave. Oh and not to mention the address listed isn't even correct, they are in the right plaza but the wrong corner. The address listed will take you to straight to Trader Joe's

Absolutely wasted over 2 hours of my time (they were not busy) and was sent to a second location because the PA required an X-ray and they didn’t have one in office only for her to call me back with zero options for medication when I have been consistently running a fever for several days with symptoms. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed due to their lack of service and because of that I won’t be returning.

Check in takes forever on some tables that don't even work properly and they want you to fill out a bunch of information on broken tables

I told the provider I needed anti-inflammatory meds and antibiotics for my inflamed tonsil, but she did not listen and now it is worse. Save yourself time and go to ER or PCP, urgent care is a joke.

So pleased with my experience here. Both the woman at the front desk and the doctor I saw were so kind and helpful. I was in and out within an hour or so. Highly recommend!

I went in today because of my toe and they are the nicest most welcoming professionals I have ever met! My friend recommended me this place and I’m glad she did! Their service is just amazing and other urgent care locations should really take notes!

The doctor who took care of me was the absolute best doctor.fantastic 'bedside manner'. Really listened actively. Not rushed, didn't rush me, took his time to understand me in order to provide me with the best care possible. Being from out of town, this was a significant factor. Far and wide the best urgent care doctor I have ever met.

This is probably the best urgent care I have ever been to. You can easily make appointments online and I was brought in promptly on time. The doctor, nurse, and front desk assistant were all very kind and helpful. I was in and out quickly and they even gave I all of the products I needed for aftercare. Highly recommend!

The gal at the front desk was SO helpful! She noticed something that I didn’t know about my insurance and it was a huge savings. The PA I believe it was, his name was John, was so genuine. I felt like he really cared about helping me feel better not just getting me out the door. I will always go here this is my second visit and both have been five stars

I had a great experience here. I felt comfortable and they are really fast to get to you. They get you in and out with the problem solved.

This particular location has been professional and very courteous to me. The way service should be with a warm smile and very helpful. To hear thank you and come back and see us for your health care needs is refreshing. I am confident enough to send anyone here.

I couldn't have asked for more efficiency, courtesy, professionalism, respect and support. The wonderful people at the centre made the whole experience so easy and stress free. I had never been there before but went in since it is closest to where I live. I was surpised that eveyone in there was so nice an welcoming! From the front desk lady to the nurse to the docotor! I will definitely be going there for my urgent care needs

I have been to this location multiple times. It is easy from the moment you walk in. Everyone is kind, and i feel well taken care of. My PA Christopher was great. He truly listened to me and treated me with care and respect. I definitely would recommend FastMed

I came in feeling like I was gonna die, and left feeling 80% better. These people are helpful, speedy, and extremely nice. I had to sit in there for quite some time because I was too dizzy to leave, and they weren't pushy. They gave me the time I needed to let the medicine kick in, and they checked on me often. They were all super sweet to me and I really appreciate the care that I received.

Outstanding job by the PA. I was seen almost immediately since I made the appt on line. I was expecting an Indian or Arab but got a white American even better

Call to see if my medical records were there and got told that they can't legally release that to me I'd have to call my insurance provider

Great experience. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The nurse and the PA were very friendly and I was taken back quickly.
