FAST Signs? Not really unless you think weeks is "fast". Lack of instructive communication caused me to not meet my clients ad expectation. Also, had two different orders that came different times I had to call to find out if it was ready, only to find out it was. The quality was good and creative artwork was well done. If you are not in favor of having an un-leashed, un- supervised giant PIT BULL giving you unwanted attention, then you may want to call ahead and tell the staff to put the dog away. They seemed to think it was funny when I asked them to get their loose dog off my legs. Sorry folks

The order is always done when it was promised. The staff work to get the finished product out when it is needed. Staff is always friendly and jobs are done right!

FASTSIGNS of Goodyear produces quality work. They understand guidelines from corporate and adhere to them so that the end result actually exceeds expectations. They also understand how to prioritize the job to meet customer needs/timeframes. I would definitely recommend using them for signage for your business. With all those positives, I think they still need to work on customer communications and follow-up. Some business people would not put up with miscommunications, but it was a small price to pay when the final product was delivered.

I went to fast signs because I wanted to support my locally owned business and keep my money in the Avondale/Goodyear Area. Initially Bridgette gave me an estimate on my Vinyl decals for my trailer with business cards over the phone. She insisted I didn’t have to bring my trailer in just take pictures with my phone. I didn’t believe her but I went along with it. She called me multiple times and it took her a week to get me an estimate.

Eventually I went to the store. Bridgette was fired, I wanted to go elsewhere but they wanted to “make it right” Yolonda gave me an estimate, I believe it was a fair price. I felt safe leaving my trailer at fast signs. When I was ready to do business Yolanda retired. Had to do another estimate my trailer because it had diamond plating, so a $200 up charge. They did a great job!

I was in a rush to get my permit so Julie said settle the invoice later and we can do the business cards later. I settled my invoice (after a few phone call trying to pay through their web portal) and I was ready for the business cards. They wanted to charge me again for the business cards. I showed them the estimate with the business cards included and the didn’t honor it. I expressed my disappointment and I got a “we going to make it right” and gave me 25% off of my business cards.

I gave my locals a shot, I had to deal with 4 different people all using the fired Bridgette as the scape goat but their process needs work in some areas. Pretty disappointed they gave me an estimate, up-charged for diamond plating afterwards, then to find out they want to charge for business cards when they were in the estimate. I’ll have to take my business elsewhere unfortunately. I’m a veteran, I really wanted to give them 5 stars.
