Fazoli's

I was so excited that they had a Fazolis but to see no one with a hair net long hair even if it was in a ponytail it was so long hair everywhere almost every employee had hair past the shoulders

Midwesterners, run to sky harbor! We knew we were landing in Gate B and After living in Arizona, we haven’t had Fazolis in 2 years. It did not disappoint! We ordered a club and chicken fettuccine Alfredo which comes with two breadsticks. Both were hot and fresh, don’t change anything, it was perfect! The club was loaded and the bread was toasted to a crisp (in a good way). For airport prices I expected this but in all the airport food I’ve had this was actually worth it. Portions are big, food was made fresh, and sandwich was full.highly recommend. The alfredo was definitely big enough to share. Also if you’ve never been the Italian ice is 10/10

The customer service and food here is phenomenal! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! An employee named I believe “Chantel” really is amazing and made sure I had a wonderful experience at Fazoli’s, I was feeling a bit down earlier today but she made my day! She deserves employee of the month!

Grabbed a slice before our flight. Took forever to get our food. Not sure what they were doing as everyone else got their food right away. It looked like everyone took their break at the same time and just the cool was left. Either way, the food was good and I’m glad Fazoli’s is back!

Get the oven-baked classic sampler. Then, pace back and forth nonstop before your flight to burn off some of the guilt of throwing down that many carbs right before sitting still in a chair in the sky for over an hour.

I was extremely excited after hearing that Fazolis is open again, since it was one of my childhood favorites. But everything about it is different. The sauce for the alfredo was watery and doesn't taste like alfredo sauce, it tasted more like a gravy to me, usually alfredo sauce thickens while sitting but this was just straight water. The sauces for the lasagna and spaghetti weren't good, the lasagna tasted and felt like frozen lasagna, and the one meatball I got in the spaghetti was dense and hard, also didn't taste good. The meat in the lasagna was like a paste, no texture to it. It was just all off and not good and I couldn't finish it. The breadsticks were old and half hard, like they were just sitting for hours. I'm sad to say I'll never go again. I'll keep my childhood memories as they are. Lol.
Also, since this is in the airport, this was ONE restaurant around that DOESNT have seating. We had to order drinks at a different restaurant to sit and eat there.

WORTH THE WALK TO B9! A perfectly portioned pile of pasta and cheese awaits you - I devoured the sampler (included breadsticks) and Strawberry Italian Ice. Great value for an airport spot - prices are very reasonable!

That was some gluey glutton. Microwave bacon. Hash brown was okay. The pasta was lackluster. In the bathroom 15 min later with stomach cramps.

Food was delicious. Pasta at 6: 30 am makes perfect sense to me so I was happy they opened early. Great customer service also. Wish they had chairs and the counters or more places to sit but I didn't mind standing while I ate because I didn't want to eat in the terminal.

Food is delicious! I'm so happy they stay open later than most resturaunts in the area. I appreciate it!

Be careful when paying. The card scanner is preprogrammed to tip, even if you use the "grab & go". So I tipped for the cashier to scan my Pepsi.

Food, service, and prices are fantastic! No growing pains here.
Meanwhile, other established restaurants at the airport still can't get their stuff together after 5+ years.

The manager is the best! I couldnt have asked for a better birthday present! I have had to travel to other states to visit my favorite place to eat for the last 15 years. But last night i came home to Fazolis on my table for my birthday thank you for making that happen. Cant wait for other restaurants to open. Thank you a million times. Renae

Fazolis is finally back home. It's located in t4 north concourse 3 across gate B8. If you're in terminal 4 once you pass tsa you can walk to any wing on t4. So far so good.

We were on a short layover on our way to San Francisco. We found ourselves tired, hungry, and without options. As we wandered the terminal in search of a reasonable queue, an Angel, adorned in Fazoli's branded polo emerged from the darkness. He offered us sustenance at no charge, and then disappeared into the night. Thank you Fazoli's Angel, and thank the Lord for staff training.

I don't know what kind of magic goes into the garlic breadsticks, but I do know Fazoli's saved our day.
