FedEx Freight reviews
9We went to the FED EX FREIGHT HUB where they have all there tractors and trailers.place is big guys driving around picking up trailers left and right taking them to the loading dock where guys on forklifts loads the trailers with freight.to go to its final destination.very fast paced environment.
Very nice people but it’s confusing to enter if you want to pick up a package. You have to go through the truck entrance and drive all the way around the back.
Delivering, one of the best Fedex facilities, people answer the phone, informative.empty with in 2,5 hrs.keep up with good work!
I've been here multiple times. This is always an easy load for us to do. We can show up as early as possible. An easy spot to drop the trailer. Sometimes our empty is buried in the lot. But the spotter drivers have always been very kind and helpful, and helps us dig it out. Make sure to stop at all stop signs. And pay attention to the driveway you pull into. There are 2 side by side, same address I believe, one is for cars and one is for trucks.
Less than a truckload Freight Service. Great shipping rates. Friendly knowledgeable professionals on-time service 100%. FedEx Freight Phoenix Arizona.
To begin with FedEx didn't call to setup a delivery window I just happened to be at my business (3624).
FedEx driver showed up at my location (even though somehow they had the wrong address 3510) and was about to drop off the rubber I showed him my drivers license and everything THEN he told me he wasn't allowed to deliver it because he had the wrong address 3510 (even though he was already at my business 3624) and he left and didn't drop it off.
He literally showed up at the correct location (I just happened to be there since they DIDN'T CALL) and then because of a detail he LEFT and caused everyone a problem and now FedEx wants to charge a re-delivery fee or a consignment fee.
I've never had any large delivery company NOT call and setup a delivery window before showing up. I don't see how FedEx doesn't have this process.
I don't remember giving you the address (the address is in my email signature) but even so the difference between the two addresses is 100 yards and FedEx wants to make a big fuss.
I can pick it up at 3510 if I have to and move it myself if I have to but it's their fault for not calling and setting up a delivery window.
FedEx Freight is terrible make sure you use ANY other 3rd party delivery company because at least they give you a delivery window and then call before they show up.
A bit of misleading service.prepaid shipping is not prepaid.they will lower your item down wheel it in your overhead door.you get a bill for 261.00 $ why not ask first before you use your lift gate say there will be a charge before doing it.they do the service without asking for authorization. WRONG!
Pick UPS if you want a company with customer service, this company over all sucks. Half their work force is contractors so obviously they don't care about their people.
