FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, Flagstaff AZ

We paid for overnight delivery ($65.00) for a shoebox-size package from Flagstaff to Phoenix on March 12 at 10: 30 am. The man guaranteed delivery by noon on Saturday, March 13. It didn’t get there until Monday March 15. They refused to give us a refund on the express delivery charge. Don’t use them! They don’t stand by their guarantees!

I’ve shipped here twice and I’ve always had an amazing experience. The manager loves to chat with the shippers and that’s great! Especially right now! I can’t remember his name but I was feeling the anxiety come on with shipping DHL to Asia but while FedEx doesn’t take DHL/FedEx combo the gentlemen did call Mailbox Plus and gave me clear and concise directions. He didn’t have to, he could have said no, but he didn’t! This is why I will return. Customer service at its finest. Thank you!

My husband needed to print some documents, then sign, scan and email these. We are traveling through Flagstaff on the way to sightsee at the Grand Canyon. We found this store, the only one in Flagstaff. There was free WiFi, several PC workstations, printers, etc. The only staff was a lady who was incredibly helpful and professional. She helped us print the documents; then helped us scan them and email them. The whole process took less than 2 hours and cost less than $8. My husband received acknowledgment of the documents and can now proceed with his vacation plans with peace of mind. Thank you, FedEx Kinkos for the great business service and many many thanks for the awesome lady staffer!

I’ve used this place for professional business marketing projects many, many times over the course of 14 years. Their service has always been superb. Cindy is helpful and and has never let me down when rushing to meet a deadline. Glad we have them in Flag.

Super clean store. Employees are friendly no matter what time I go in. Customer Service is excellent employees are very helpful and hands on.

Always understaffed, about half the time I wait 5-10 minutes for a simple drop-off with receipt.

I've been a customer here since the KINKOS days.
Cindy the manager and all of the staff are super friendly and helpful. I use self serve printing mostly but have done for printing, shipping, bought fun cards and supplies, and their banner service is exceptional.

This location exemplifies customer service at its highest level. A non-profit organization I'm associated with has a discount at a nearby office supply store, but I'm so comfortable at this FedEx facility.

Just wasted a half of an hour at this place. Avoid it like the plague if you value time and peace of mind.
Their system is incredibly technologically archaic.

Sherry was super helpful in teaching me how to use the copy machine. I wouldn’t have been able to do it as efficiently with out her great service.

Awful service. They tried to charge me $65 to ship a medium sized 6 lb box and said there was no cheaper option. Went home and made my own label and it only cost me $25. Do yourself a favor and make your own label next time and drop your package off at the FedEx hub right around the corner on woodlands village. This store is a joke.

The day-to-day staff at this location are excellent and very helpful. However, the "superintendent" (hefty woman with blond hair) is completely obnoxious. I believe she is not welcoming of people of color and small business owners. Unless she is absent from the shop - I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Long line and can only use certain boxes to ship from FedEx, so we had to purchase there approved boxes to return items.

Super friendly and very efficient! I had something printed & bound and the whole experience was so much quicker and less stressful than at other printing places.

Very slow. Not even a 'Hi we see you but will be with you in a minute. ' Terrible customer service and most employees act like the customer is a bother.

I had a package to be held at location and i was anxious to know when it would be available. I called shortly after the store opened and an associate told me exactly when the trucks were due to arrive. I went in at the specified time, got my package, and the staff was very curteous. I will definitely use this location in the future.

Awful customer service is not a joke at this location. Tried multiple times, terrible and slow each time. I would have saved money and time using The Pony Express.
