Great selection of bath and kitchen faucets so you can actually touch what looks good before purchasing. Melissa helped us, was so knowlegeable and kind about helping us look at items that fit our budget.

**Warning** Ferguson Bath and Kitchen in Tucson is a fraud. If you need to buy Sub-zero or Wolf products, go to another place. Ferguson in Tucson delivers used and damaged products that they sell as new. Please see attached pictures.

Closed on Saturday. Went on 3/12. Sign said closed except by appointment. Did not answer phone to see if we could come in an simply look for lighting.

Terrible, terrible service. Had an appointment and waited a half hour and no one spoke to us. These folks need an intervention, appears to be friction amongst the employees.

I have been consistently impressed with the efforts made by the Ferguson team, specifically our rep, Jillian. These have been extremely difficult times with relation to staffing and product availability. She has been extremely patient and has cooperated with us and our clients in working through the delays and trying to source alternate products.

Don't bother with these folks. I made a phone call to see about local stock on some faucets and deck plate and sprayers, etc, got the run-around with two human reps and a computer. Eventually, a recording popped up to tell me they had just closed. It was 3: 15 pm on a Monday.

The builder of our new house informed us that Jillian was the sales representative for the subdivision in which we purchased. Horrible experience (s) with her from the very first appointment. Drove the fifteen miles from our current home arriving several minutes earlier than our scheduled time to the showroom to find out she had called in "sick" that day, no one else would be able to help us per the staff in present that day. We never received a courtesy call to inform us of this much-needed information at the time. So we were also told we could reschedule when she returned, so we did. Next appointment, we arrived at the showroom several minutes before our scheduled appointment time, and could tell right away something was amiss by the staff's demeanor. Jillian was not "in", but Matt, the manager might be able to help us. My wife worked with the manager to make all the selections as requested per the builder contract and we received a folder with model numbers, pictures, and specification sheets for the four appliances that were selected. The model numbers did not match the specification sheets, so Matt said " no big deal". Since this was NOT our first new home purchase, I asked if we would receive what we ordered, as was assured we would. I insisted that all the paperwork "match" and after several printings of each appliance (and several minutes of waiting) it matched. I got home and reviewed the specifications for the refrigerator and according to the manufacturer, the minimum space required to open the doors was not available. I called after a few days and informed Jillian of this information and her reply to my concern was "that can't be, I need to speak to Marco at Tucson Cabinets to confirm this. " I assured her I had measured the space and compared it to the minimum needed and the space was too narrow. After many days had passed, Jillian called and informed me that "they don't have a refrigerator that would work in our space". I proceeded to cancel the refrigerator order and we would purchase one elsewhere. We were never apologized to that the representative failed to do an adequate job of siding us in supplying our home with appliances. I think this example epitomizes what is the poorest of customer service!

Just finished construction of a new home all installed work was awesome The issue is with Julian in sales She made it so difficult for us to upgrade our stove top our sink and bathtub in master. All she would say is the standards offered are all you need. I really didn’t appreciate her input on the house we were building as this is our 8th home and we had already decided on what upgrades we were doing. So avoid her at the store level. She created a nightmare for us and we had to constantly contact her to be sure things were right.

Totally agree with last three reviews! The customer service and the snobby attitudes were unbearable. I would like to add the way the staff and manager prance around this store like they own the place and don’t need any patrons. I would highly recommend Benjamin Plumbing supply great customer service and newer more in style trendy things not so older people oriented. The front desk clerk who greeted me and my wife was a blonde women in her probably mid 50’s wearing a blue dress was the rudest of all. I hope the owners know what kind of business they are losing out on due to the staff and management. When I brought up the problem to the manager he just flung his non washed extremely greasy hair around in his Ross suit giggled and walked away. One more thing to add they are so busy with appointments not one sales person had anyone at there desk. You would be better off shopping on line. First and last time I would ever go to Ferguson’s.

Customer service almost non-existent. I was told by the receptionist when I walked in that it was OK if I looked around, but when I mentioned I may have some questions she told me I would need an appointment (but that if someone was available they would help me). During the 10 minutes or so I was there, the place was empty (no other customers within view). I heard laughter from the back of the store, & there was also one female employee at her desk towards the front of the store (NOT the receptionist) who seemed quite involved on her cell phone. No one approached me during the 10 minutes I wandered around, so I left. The receptionist did acknowledge me as I was leaving (I said goodbye to her), but did not ask me if I wanted to make an appointment for another time. A disappointment.

Bought a brand new wall Kitchenaid microwave and oven back in October. Had to resize the wall opening and as of this day we are waiting on a part for the microwave. Microwave needed a new part after one week. The Ferguson lady laughed and said it happens more then you realize. Well I’m 68 and I’ve never had this happen.
There were other problems. Workmen were supposed to come out to measure the space and I had no call on the day they were to come out. Called Ferguson’s and they said they had moved the time. Never informed me. Have called a couple of times snd no one calls you back. I would never use this company again. You’d do just as well to go to Home Depot or Tucson Appliance.
So many things went wrong with this store I would never recommend them.

Great selection of faucet parts at reasonable prices! Staff was very helpful so this amateur plumber got the correct parts for my 1970's faucet to stop an annoying drip and make my wife happy!

They were too busy to give a price for knobs and pulls. Went to Benjamin's and bought them there.

Great products and presentation. Able to find the stove that i wanted. Lindsey is a rock star. Very knowledgeable and efficient
