Excellent RV park! Outstanding staff, especially Liz in the front office! She did everything to accommodate our needs, and scheduled changes. The BEST place to stay in Arizona!

This Encore RV Resort checks all of the boxes for pools, spa, activities, friendly people, friendly staff, cleanliness, spacing, and it is centrally located to restaurants, shopping (Walmart, Home Depot, Harbor Freight, Lowes, etc.). A+

50+ RV Community, It's right off the main strip (Florence Blvd) that goes through town. Your are close to all amenities including a hospital. It's an older resort that is apart of the Thousand Trails RV Resorts
2 pools, 1 hot tub, pickleballball, shuffleboard, bingo, cards, crafts of all kinds, hiking groups there's a little bit for everyone.

Large RV park with friendly people, lots of amenities and mostly newer RVs and park models. Within walking distance of several restaurants, pharmacies, Home Depot.

We are parked next to a rig that's at least 30 years old and looks like it, site 446. There are other rigs in poor condition. Laundry machines are old, Run by an outside contractor. The contractor won't answer and the office won't do anything about broken equipment or lost money. Dog rules are not enforced. This is our first and last visit.

Needs all streets to be redone! Modernize clubhouse and all other buildings. Put a nice indoor shower at back pool. Keep white lights on palm trees at the entrance all year round! Encode should budget more funds to this Great park in a rapidly growing community!

A Great community. Roads are needing repaired, and they need more Pickle Ball courts, but, we bought a park model! The people are fantastic, the activities are non stop, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the community is a like an extension of my family. Yes, they have a few needs to be addressed, and the staff are willing to listen. We pulled a 5th wheel to Arizona, and looked into several other 55+ communities. This felt like home.

Fiesta Grande is the 94th stop for us, we stayed 10 nights and used it as a regrouping spot for the final month of travel. An “age eligible” over 55 years of age community as part of Thousand Trails (we are not members), the majority of the sites are park models and we were in a section referred to as “overnighters” who stay less than a month, don’t pay for electricity. The sites are smaller but spacious, level and have a concrete pad. There is a dog park with grass (real grass) where a group met just before sunset – our pup loved that. We are at the younger end of the age group but the residents warmly welcomed us and provided us information on the property, town and activities. If you have done your homework ahead of time, you should know there is no WiFi (only hotspots near buildings) or cable tv provided but there are a host of over the air channels. While here short term, we used our personal hotspots for internet and streaming. If here longer, you can set that up with a local provider. Had an issue with two laundry machines not working (took money but never started). Within 48 hours, the company that services the machines refunded the money and indicated they had fixed the machines. In terms of connectivity (early morning) : WiFi (none) ; T-Mobile 20.0 up/0.7 down; Verizon 40.2 down/3.38 up. Looking forward to our return.

Love this park! The staff is so nice and accommodating! It is quiet and clean, safe and family friendly for the kiddos to visit grandma and grandpa. It is age restricted for residents.

The pool is very large and it's heated, and the hot tub has the best jets for relieving aches The resort is very quiet and people are friendly. Pets are definitely welcome (leashed and have to pickup your pets waste of course) Has a nice indoor gym for residents with AC and a water cooler and even has cleaning wipes so you can wipe the gym equipment before and after use. So many different craft and meeting rooms, on-site laundry facilities and on-site drinking water filing stations.
There are two pools, the one with the hot tub is for adult use only. The other one is for adults and children, which has no hot tubs. Not as nice as the other pool and no covered shade areas, but it does have pool chairs and loungers and a walk in ramp right into the pool. Both pools have outdoor showers to rinse off and male and Female bathrooms. The resort also has a gated dog park. There are waste disposal trashcans in several areas around the resort. They also have picnic tables and benches and chairs set up in places, to enjoy the outdoors.they have a outdoor shuffle board as well and even pickle ball courts for some outdoor entertainment.they do have a gated storage parking lot in the back for RVs and cars. I don't know if there is an extra fee, I would think there would be.also there is an office area with staff there (not sure of hours of availability, no availability on weekends) there is park maintenance who trim trees and other maintenance issues, I think you need to request this in the office. The park model homes are available to buy or rent, the park also takes RV residents and even overnight stayes. Power and water is on-site. There are 3 entrances to get into the park, 2 are gated and locked at night, while the main entrance off of Florence Blvd is not gated and always open. A lot of winter visitors but about half or more then half leave during the summertime ️ Oh yes they also have activities, crafts and DIYs and they have dancing and outdoor events for entertainment Definitely need to drive with caution ️ here as there are usually lots of people walking or on golf carts ️ Very close to shopping stores and grocery stores within walking distance or a quick drive.

Beautiful RV Resort. Online check in was very convenient. Nicely spaced RV spots. Clean and well kept. Awesome dog park. 2 large fenced areas so your dog can get out and stretch his legs. They also provide a convenient place to was your dog. There are all types of game courts, a clean swimming pool, a putting green, and a spot to swing your driver with a net to catch the ball. This resort is near a shopping mall, Walmart and dozens of restaurants. We plan to stop here on a regular basis.

Love this place, we come here often. The people, the office Staff are wonderful. The park has a lot of activities and the community is people and pet friendly. Highly recommend.

I went here to rescue an adorable 7yr old pit bull who's owner couldn't keep because of the rules or something. Even tho she's a blessing it's a shame for her breed to be discriminated against. I saw st Bernards in the community there larger than her which doesn't make sense to me. All in all the atmosphere was friendly

Visited friends, seems to be a very clean and friendly park. Might try staying there this next year.
