Filiberto's Mexican Food reviews
26Cashier over charged me for a drink and when I asked for the credit she refused. I even showed her the receipt and she said that it was not her problem. She refused to give me her name and was very rude to me. When I asked to speak to a manager she said that would have to call later. I will never go back again. Rude employees
Whoever decided that Filiberto's shouldn't have a drive-thru needs to be fired and never allowed to work in the food industry again.
Always love Filiberto's. Brought my girls for lunch and had a nice time. Glad we could dine in.
The filibertos in Queen Creek is the best. They have the best cook he should get a raise. Plus, almost everyone there is so friendly.
By far the worst dining we have had.
We live in Coolidge and where looking for a place to sit down and dine to celebrate my daughters first job. We ended up heading to San Tan Flats, which was closed due to employee appreciation night, then proceeded to go to Serranos, but unfortunately they where closing up. Ultimately ended up at Filibertos, which we had frequented before with no issues up until last night. We ordered fifty dollars of food, when the food arrived it was cold so I decided to ask them to warm it up. I dont think they appreciated me asking for warm food, as Bianca the cashier decided to argue with me and tell me there was no way it was cold. Realistically I would not have had an issue if in fact the food would have been hot. We did get our food replaced and was indeed hot, but when Bianca came to replace the food she decided to basically throw the plates on the table with an angry attitude seems like.
We just wanted a nice place to sit and eat. I would not recommend Filibertos with that type of customer service and argumentative attitude towards the customer and the cold carne asada fries and other food didnt help the situation.
Very disappointed with my last visit. The place was clean and the staff was nice but I basically paid $20 for two plates of rice and beans with a couple empty taco shells. You'd think a "taco" would have meat inside right? No. Not here. Flat fried crispy folds of nothin'. Then the spicy carrots are no longer available? Los Favs in San Tan has them as do most other 'berto's. Shame cause this Filibertos is 5 min from my house. I'll drive further to get more.
We went to this Filiberto’s almost every Tuesday for taco Tuesday, well that is until tonight! The last 4 times we have gone their the tacos have been pathetic! Soggy taco shells, hardly any beef, and they can’t seem to get any cheese and lettuce inside the tacos! Their so lazy they can’t even shred the chicken for the chicken tacos! I was waiting for my order and within a 5 minute time frame one couple came and were missing half their order and as another guy was walking out with his order the guy behind the counter was yelling at him to come back they had forgotten half of his order! So done with giving my money to food places that give sub par food and service. And I haven’t even touched on the lack of customer service. We’ll be finding another taco Tuesday place!
Fast service. Good food. Clean location. Friendly staff members. Missing the spicy carrots and jalapeño bar with sauces. Bring that back!
I drive from San tan to this one even though there's one right by me, reason why is there food at this location is way better and more fresh tasting. There Carney asadah fries are banging and the fries are always crispy even when I get home. Best filibertos I've eaten at. The inside is always super clean.
Good food and welcoming staff you get good portions for what you pay although I have had an order an order messed up once in a while
There were two people working - one preparing food, one taking orders behind the counter with the food preparer. The person taking the order had no gloves and no mask. The person preparing food had nomask. I could not tell if he had on gloves. The bathrooms were cordoned off which seems very unusual. It is a large eating space and tables and chairs were piled high in approximately half of the space. Everything was extremely dark in the middle of the day. I did not have the impression that they really wanted inside diners. They were just accommodating inside diners. Only another 2 to 3 people came in while we were there. The food was not bad, but the atmosphere was not worth going back to. When you're eating out rarely due to the virus situation, you really want it to be special.
For the price they charge. I want it made right. Ordered AZ burrito. Even said AZ on wrapper. Egg potato something
Giving 5 stars based on other Filibertos. They actually put a good amount of cheese on the rolled tacos. The guacamole seemed better too in comparison. They also had free chips for dining in. We are moving down to this area and will be back.
Heads up: we have stopped by two Sunday mornings now and both times they were "out" of menudo
They let a dog inside a food place and it was not a guide dog. It's disgusting dog loose hair and saliva every where.
Filiberto's is always the place when you need Mexican food that is incredibly unhealthy for you. Not something I do often, but nice to enjoy on occasion.
Young woman up front was great! Very positive and helpful. Chicken tacos aren't as good as Roberto's used to be but on taco Tuesday they're worth it.
Had the "shredded" chicken tacos. Normal our favorite. This time it was giant pieces that were hard to bite through. Mainly because the chicken pieces were either fatty, full of cartilage, or still had the skin. Nasty. Just to look at it was a stomach turner, we ended up throwing it all out. I only gave a 3 because sometimes they are really good. Last night was not one of those times.
We love to go here for rolled tacos, carne asada fries and Tuesday taco meals. It's quick, good and fresh with all the salsa we want to smother our fried food! Made fresh to order every time!
Walked in 15 minutes before closing and they wouldn’t take my order. Poor customer service deserves a 1 star
